【摘要】：叉車作為物料搬運(yùn)的最主要工具之一，廣泛應(yīng)用于各行各業(yè)的物流系統(tǒng)中。四向叉車是叉車的一個(gè)品種，集平衡重式叉車、側(cè)面叉車的優(yōu)點(diǎn)于一身，，顯現(xiàn)出它獨(dú)有的特點(diǎn)。隨著科學(xué)技術(shù)的不斷發(fā)展，靜壓傳動(dòng)以其布局靈活、結(jié)構(gòu)簡(jiǎn)單、無(wú)級(jí)調(diào)速、控制簡(jiǎn)便等優(yōu)點(diǎn)在叉車行駛系統(tǒng)中得到了越來(lái)越多的應(yīng)用。本文通過(guò)對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外四向靜壓叉車的發(fā)展進(jìn)行分析對(duì)比，討論了4t四向靜壓叉車開發(fā)的可行性，并研究分析四向叉車的結(jié)構(gòu)特點(diǎn)、工作原理，確定了4t四向靜壓叉車的開發(fā)思路及研究方向。 本文對(duì)4t四向靜壓叉車的總體方案，工作原理、主要技術(shù)參數(shù)確定、主要配套件選型、各部件結(jié)構(gòu)原理及試驗(yàn)進(jìn)行了分析研究。從整機(jī)重量的估算、發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)的選取、驅(qū)動(dòng)系統(tǒng)配套確定、車速與驅(qū)動(dòng)力的計(jì)算等方面對(duì)動(dòng)力系統(tǒng)的匹配進(jìn)行了論述；對(duì)工作裝置及其液壓系統(tǒng)和主要元器件進(jìn)行了分析計(jì)算；對(duì)整機(jī)穩(wěn)定性進(jìn)行了計(jì)算；對(duì)試制樣機(jī)進(jìn)行了實(shí)驗(yàn)及分析。 論文基本上囊括了4t四向靜壓叉車開發(fā)過(guò)程的方方面面，該叉車目前已完成試制試驗(yàn)。
[Abstract]:As one of the most important tools of material handling, forklift is widely used in the logistics system of various industries. Four-way forklift is a variety of forklift, which combines the advantages of balanced forklift and side forklift. With the continuous development of science and technology, hydrostatic transmission with its flexible layout, simple structure, stepless speed regulation. The advantages of easy control have been applied more and more in forklift driving system. This paper analyzes and compares the development of 4t four-direction static forklift at home and abroad, and discusses the feasibility of developing 4t four-way static forklift. The structure characteristics and working principle of four-direction forklift are studied and analyzed, and the development idea and research direction of 4t four-direction static pressure forklift are determined. In this paper, the overall scheme, working principle, main technical parameters of 4t four-direction static pressure forklift, the selection of main fittings, the structure principle of each component and the test are analyzed and studied, and the weight estimation of the whole machine is carried out. The selection of engine, the determination of driving system and the calculation of speed and driving force are discussed in this paper. The working device, its hydraulic system and main components are analyzed and calculated. The stability of the whole machine is calculated. The experiment and analysis of the prototype are carried out. The paper basically covers all aspects of the development process of 4t four-direction static pressure forklift, which has now completed the trial production test.
