【摘要】：三維編織在紡織復(fù)合材料的制造中有著獨特的優(yōu)勢，有利于增強復(fù)合材料的整體力學(xué)性能。“二步法”三維編織的應(yīng)用已經(jīng)比較成熟，而“四步法”三維編織受編織機械的限制，發(fā)展出現(xiàn)了瓶頸，延緩了其大規(guī)模的應(yīng)用。特別在變截面三維編織預(yù)制件的制造上，由于預(yù)制件截面變化導(dǎo)致織物厚度不均勻，必須使用“加紗”和“減紗”的方法來改變變化截面編織紗線的數(shù)目。而“四步法”縱橫編織編織機的攜紗器是以整行（列）的形式運動，預(yù)制件的成型對編織方法的依賴非常大，并且對“加紗”，“減紗”也沒有好的解決方法。 為了解決“加紗”，，“減紗”難題，本文提出了主動攜紗器這一新概念，即給攜紗器附加動力裝置，使其既能單獨運動，又可以呈群組運動。如此一來提升了攜紗器運行的靈活性，為編織方式的改進創(chuàng)造了良好條件。文中給出了以新型直線電動機為基礎(chǔ)的主動攜紗器模型，并利用Ansoft Maxwell軟件對其電磁驅(qū)動力進行了仿真，驗證了設(shè)計的合理性。接下來又對主動攜紗器的外圍裝置進行了設(shè)計，給出了相應(yīng)的方案。 最后，本文用裝置主動攜紗器的編織底盤敘述了對變截面三維編織預(yù)制件的“加紗”、“減紗”流程，并分析了在此過程中紗線的相關(guān)數(shù)量關(guān)系。
[Abstract]:The three - dimensional weaving has a unique advantage in the manufacture of the textile composite material , which is beneficial to enhancing the overall mechanical property of the composite material . The three - dimensional weaving of the two - step method has been mature , and the three - dimensional weaving of the four - step method is limited by the knitting machine . In order to solve the problem of " yarn - adding " and " yarn - reducing " , this paper presents a new concept of the active yarn - carrying device , that is to add a power device to the yarn - carrier so that it can move independently and can be in group movement . In this way , the invention improves the flexibility of the operation of the yarn - carrying device , and creates a good condition for the improvement of the knitting mode . The design rationality is verified by using the Ansoft Maxwell software . Then the peripheral device of the active yarn - carrying device is designed , and the corresponding scheme is given . Finally , the knitting chassis of the active yarn - carrying device of the device is used to describe the yarn - adding and yarn - reducing flow of the three - dimensional braided preform with variable cross - section , and the relevant quantitative relation of the yarn in this process is analyzed .
