【摘要】:近幾年,國家制造業(yè)信息化、敏捷化工程的大力推進(jìn),在離散型裝備制造業(yè)中,以ERP為代表的上層生產(chǎn)管理信息系統(tǒng)和以SFC為代表的底層車間控制自動(dòng)化系統(tǒng)一定程度上為企業(yè)創(chuàng)造了效益。但是上層PMI類系統(tǒng)與底層SFC類系統(tǒng)間的斷層,造成企業(yè)對制造過程管理監(jiān)控不足,嚴(yán)重制約了精益化管理的推進(jìn)。MES的提出很好彌補(bǔ)了PMI與SFC之間的斷層,實(shí)現(xiàn)了系統(tǒng)間實(shí)時(shí)制造信息的交互共享,增強(qiáng)了企業(yè)對質(zhì)量、成本、資源等的控制能力,推動(dòng)了企業(yè)CIMS戰(zhàn)略的發(fā)展。 市場主體向買方的轉(zhuǎn)變,對企業(yè)應(yīng)對市場變化和柔性制造的能力提出了更高的要求,現(xiàn)有MES的生產(chǎn)信息采集方式在信息的實(shí)時(shí)性、準(zhǔn)確性等方面都存在不足。近幾年,RFID技術(shù)的不斷成熟,其在自動(dòng)對象標(biāo)識、數(shù)據(jù)存儲等方面的優(yōu)越性,為滿足MES中生產(chǎn)信息采集系統(tǒng)的實(shí)時(shí)性、精確性要求提供了強(qiáng)有力的技術(shù)支撐,因此將RFID技術(shù)與MES系統(tǒng)原理相結(jié)合的研究分析具有一定的理論實(shí)用價(jià)值。 本文在研究MES基本原理、體系結(jié)構(gòu)、數(shù)據(jù)集成方式、生產(chǎn)信息采集系統(tǒng)架構(gòu)、計(jì)劃調(diào)度算法的基礎(chǔ)上,分析了裝備制造業(yè)生產(chǎn)制造特點(diǎn)、MES功能優(yōu)勢及不足,并針對現(xiàn)狀提出了基于RFID的裝備制造業(yè)MES的研究方案,利用Multi-Agent技術(shù)和CORBA理論設(shè)計(jì)了方案的功能結(jié)構(gòu)模型,給出了實(shí)現(xiàn)的技術(shù)方法;重點(diǎn)研究基于RFID的生產(chǎn)信息采集系統(tǒng),提出解決RFID技術(shù)與MES結(jié)合關(guān)鍵問題的技術(shù)方法和車間RFID網(wǎng)絡(luò)規(guī)劃模型,并提出基于Metropolis規(guī)則的改進(jìn)遺傳算法來解決RFID網(wǎng)絡(luò)規(guī)劃中覆蓋率及讀寫器沖突的問題,實(shí)例驗(yàn)證中取得了滿意效果;最后,給出了本文提出方案在S公司的具體實(shí)現(xiàn),并分析研究方案的實(shí)際應(yīng)用效果。 實(shí)踐證明本文提出的基于RFID的裝備制造業(yè)MES應(yīng)用方案的可行性及研究成果的實(shí)用性,為進(jìn)一步的研究和應(yīng)用提供了依據(jù)和方向。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the national manufacturing industry informatization, agile project vigorously promote, in discrete equipment manufacturing industry, represented by ERP, the production management information system and automatic control system with the bottom of the workshop represented by SFC to a certain extent for enterprises to create benefits. But the upper class PMI system and the SFC system the fault caused by deficiency of enterprise of manufacturing process management, seriously restrict the lean management to promote.MES offers very good make up between PMI and SFC faults, realizes the interactive real-time manufacturing information system sharing between enterprises to enhance the quality, cost, ability to control resources, promote the development of the CIMS strategy of enterprises.
The main body of the market to the buyer's change, put forward higher requirements on the ability of enterprises to cope with the market changes and flexible manufacturing, the existing MES production way of collecting information in real-time information, accuracy and other aspects are insufficient. In recent years, the development of RFID technology, the automatic object identification, the superiority of the data storage, to meet the real-time production information acquisition system in MES, provides a strong technical support accuracy requirements, so will study the principle of RFID technology combined with MES system analysis theory has certain practical value.
In this paper, the basic principle, the system structure of MES, data integration, production information acquisition system architecture based scheduling algorithm, analysis of the equipment manufacturing industry production characteristics, advantages and disadvantages of MES function, and according to the present situation this paper puts forward a scheme of RFID system equipment manufacturing industry based on MES, designed the function structure model the scheme of using Multi-Agent technology and CORBA theory, gives the implementation method; focus on the production of RFID data collection system, we propose a method to solve the car and RFID technology combined with MES key issues of RFID network planning model, and proposes an improved genetic algorithm based on Metropolis rule to solve the coverage rate and the reader collision the problem of RFID network planning, example verification achieved satisfactory results; finally, this paper presents the implementation scheme in S company, and analysis research The actual application effect of the case.
Practice has proved that the feasibility and research results of MES application plan based on RFID in equipment manufacturing industry proposed in this paper provide a basis and direction for further research and application.
