【摘要】:在油田原油開采過程中,廣泛地應(yīng)用了潛油螺桿泵采油技術(shù),這項技術(shù)已逐漸成為原油開采領(lǐng)域的研究焦點,大量的研究人員對其進行了研究和改進。 潛油螺桿泵系統(tǒng)包括:螺桿泵、聯(lián)軸體、減速器、潛油電機、變頻器以及保護器等六大部分。其中潛油螺桿泵采油系統(tǒng)使用壽命很大程度上取決于聯(lián)軸體中的零齒差機構(gòu)。零齒差傳動機構(gòu)有以下優(yōu)點:傳動平穩(wěn)、精度高、零件少、結(jié)構(gòu)簡單等優(yōu)點。兩齒輪軸線平行但不同心,有較大齒側(cè)間隙,實現(xiàn)了只改變運動形式而不改變傳動速度的傳動。 本文用潛油螺桿泵偏心聯(lián)軸裝置中的零齒差機構(gòu)來實現(xiàn)輸出軸相對于輸入軸的行星偏轉(zhuǎn)運動的傳遞。 本文首先研究了零齒差機構(gòu)嚙合過程理論,了解嚙合的起始和終止點,并且推導出相應(yīng)的坐標計算式;說明了傳統(tǒng)的齒輪強度校核公式不能夠?qū)α泯X差內(nèi)嚙合齒輪副進行校核,指出了相應(yīng)的適用于零齒差機構(gòu)的校核方程式表達式。依據(jù)所給的強度公式,按照可靠性設(shè)計理論,對零齒差內(nèi)嚙合齒輪機構(gòu)進行了可靠性設(shè)計。 其次說明了在潛油螺桿泵采油系統(tǒng)中零齒差機構(gòu)的重要作用,介紹了有限元軟件的相關(guān)知識。在上述理論的基礎(chǔ)上,采用ANSYS有限元分析軟件,在120℃的溫度場中,對零齒差機構(gòu)進行結(jié)構(gòu)分析、力學分析以及靜力學的接觸有限元分析計算,得出其應(yīng)力應(yīng)變分布情況和結(jié)構(gòu)的變形量。 通過本文的研究分析,為潛油螺桿泵采油系統(tǒng)中零齒差機構(gòu)的設(shè)計和改進提供了理論基礎(chǔ),也豐富了相關(guān)的數(shù)據(jù)資料。
[Abstract]:In the process of crude oil production, submersible screw pump technology has been widely used, which has gradually become the focus of research in the field of crude oil production, and has been studied and improved by a large number of researchers. Submersible screw pump system includes: screw pump, coupling, reducer, submersible motor. Frequency converter and protector are six parts. The service life of submersible screw pump oil recovery system depends on the zero tooth difference mechanism in the coupling to a great extent. The zero tooth difference transmission mechanism has the following advantages: stable transmission and high accuracy. The two gear axes are parallel but not concentric, with large tooth side clearance, so the transmission can only change the form of motion without changing the speed of transmission. In this paper, the zero tooth difference mechanism in the eccentric coupling of submersible screw pump is used to transfer the planetary deflection of the output shaft relative to the input shaft. In this paper, the theory of meshing process of zero-tooth difference mechanism is studied, the starting and ending points of meshing are obtained, and the corresponding coordinate calculation formula is derived. This paper shows that the traditional formula of gear strength checking can not check the internal meshing gear pair with zero tooth difference, and points out the corresponding formula of checking equation suitable for zero tooth difference mechanism, according to the strength formula given. According to the theory of reliability design, the reliability design of zero tooth difference internal meshing gear mechanism is carried out. Secondly, the important role of zero tooth difference mechanism in the oil recovery system of submersible screw pump is explained, and the relevant knowledge of finite element software is introduced.
