【摘要】:液壓破碎錘問(wèn)世半個(gè)世紀(jì)以來(lái),由于具有沖擊能量大,適應(yīng)能力強(qiáng),可靠性和效率高、節(jié)能環(huán)保等優(yōu)點(diǎn),越來(lái)越受到國(guó)內(nèi)外相關(guān)專(zhuān)家和工程技術(shù)人員的重視。目前已廣泛應(yīng)用在采礦、冶金、道路建設(shè)、市政工程、建筑及船舶工業(yè)等行業(yè)。我國(guó)社會(huì)工業(yè)化步伐的加快對(duì)工程機(jī)械的需求將越來(lái)越大,作為工程機(jī)械輔助設(shè)備的液壓破碎錘前景廣闊,為了創(chuàng)造更大的社會(huì)和經(jīng)濟(jì)效益,有必要研制高質(zhì)量、高性能的產(chǎn)品。 本文針對(duì)氣液聯(lián)合作用式液壓破碎錘關(guān)鍵技術(shù)和破碎錘沖擊性能測(cè)試系統(tǒng)為對(duì)象展開(kāi)研究,在綜合國(guó)內(nèi)外文獻(xiàn)資料的基礎(chǔ)上,闡述了液壓破碎錘的國(guó)內(nèi)外研究發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀及未來(lái)產(chǎn)品發(fā)展趨勢(shì);研究分析了氣液聯(lián)合作用式液壓破碎錘的結(jié)構(gòu)和原理,對(duì)液壓沖擊機(jī)構(gòu)關(guān)鍵部件的運(yùn)動(dòng)規(guī)律采用AMESim軟件的建立了系統(tǒng)的仿真模型,并進(jìn)行仿真,探討了結(jié)構(gòu)參數(shù)和工作參數(shù)對(duì)液壓破碎錘沖擊性能的影響;提出了測(cè)試液壓破碎錘沖擊性能的測(cè)試液壓缸的結(jié)構(gòu),并通過(guò)仿真優(yōu)選了結(jié)構(gòu)參數(shù),完成了測(cè)試系統(tǒng)搭建,并對(duì)氣液聯(lián)合作用式液壓破碎錘沖擊性能進(jìn)行了實(shí)驗(yàn)測(cè)試,得到了實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)論。 各章內(nèi)容分別敘述如下: 第一章在綜合分析國(guó)內(nèi)外文獻(xiàn)的基礎(chǔ)上,論文介紹了液壓破碎錘的特點(diǎn)、應(yīng)用范圍、分類(lèi)、結(jié)構(gòu)及原理;比較分析了國(guó)內(nèi)外主要類(lèi)型液壓破碎錘的優(yōu)缺點(diǎn)、研究發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀及未來(lái)發(fā)展趨勢(shì);闡述了線(xiàn)性和非線(xiàn)性模型兩種研究方法;提出了論文的研究意義及研究?jī)?nèi)容。 第二章闡述了氣液聯(lián)合作用式液壓破碎錘的工作過(guò)程;對(duì)其液壓沖擊機(jī)構(gòu)進(jìn)行了深入的理論分析,建立了線(xiàn)性數(shù)學(xué)模型和非線(xiàn)性數(shù)學(xué)模型;基于應(yīng)力波傳遞理論對(duì)沖擊活塞與釬桿的碰撞原理進(jìn)行理論分析研究,并建立了數(shù)學(xué)模型。 第三章基于AMESim軟件,對(duì)氣液聯(lián)合作用式液壓破碎錘的液壓系統(tǒng)及測(cè)試系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了計(jì)算機(jī)建模仿真,探討了關(guān)鍵的結(jié)構(gòu)參數(shù)及輸入?yún)?shù)對(duì)其沖擊性能的影響,提出了測(cè)試液壓破碎錘沖擊性能的測(cè)試液壓缸的新結(jié)構(gòu),并通過(guò)仿真優(yōu)選了結(jié)構(gòu)參數(shù),為結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)和測(cè)試系統(tǒng)研究提供了支持。 第四章,比較分析了液壓破碎錘沖擊性能的檢測(cè)方法,搭建了氣液聯(lián)合作用式液壓破碎錘沖擊性能測(cè)試系統(tǒng),介紹了其組成原理及其性能指標(biāo)和實(shí)驗(yàn)方法;基于搭建的測(cè)試系統(tǒng)對(duì)氣液聯(lián)合作用式液壓破碎錘沖擊性能進(jìn)行了測(cè)試,得到了實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果,并與仿真結(jié)果對(duì)比,分析了誤差原因,得到了實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)論,驗(yàn)證了氣液聯(lián)合作用式液壓破碎錘及其基于破碎錘沖擊力測(cè)試缸的測(cè)試系統(tǒng)的理論分析和仿真模型的正確性,以及測(cè)試方案的可行性和測(cè)試方法的實(shí)用性。 第五章對(duì)整個(gè)論文的主要研究工作和所得的成果進(jìn)行了總結(jié)概括,并對(duì)下一步的研究工作和方向進(jìn)行了展望。
[Abstract]:Since the invention of hydraulic hammer for half a century, it has the advantages of large impact energy, strong adaptability, high reliability and efficiency, energy saving and environmental protection. At present, it has been widely used in mining, metallurgy, road construction, municipal engineering. Construction industry and shipbuilding industry. With the acceleration of the pace of social industrialization in China, the demand for construction machinery will be greater and greater. As an auxiliary equipment of construction machinery, the hydraulic hammer has a broad prospect. In order to create greater social and economic benefits, it is necessary to develop high-quality, high-performance products. In this paper, the key technology of gas-liquid combined hydraulic hammer and the impact performance test system of the hammer are studied, based on the literature data at home and abroad. The present situation of research and development of hydraulic hammer at home and abroad and the trend of product development in the future are expounded. The structure and principle of gas-liquid combined hydraulic crushing hammer are studied and analyzed. The simulation model of the key components of hydraulic impact mechanism is established by AMESim software, and the simulation is carried out. The influence of structure parameters and working parameters on the impact performance of hydraulic hammer is discussed. The structure of the hydraulic cylinder is proposed to test the impact performance of the hydraulic crushing hammer, and the structure parameters are selected by simulation, and the test system is built. The impact performance of gas-liquid combined hydraulic hammer was tested and the experimental results were obtained. The chapters are described below: The first chapter introduces the characteristics, application range, classification, structure and principle of hydraulic hammer on the basis of comprehensive analysis of domestic and foreign literature. The advantages and disadvantages of the main types of hydraulic hammer at home and abroad are compared and analyzed. Two research methods, linear model and nonlinear model, are described. The significance and content of the thesis are put forward. In the second chapter, the working process of gas-liquid combined hydraulic hammer is described. The hydraulic impact mechanism is analyzed deeply, and the linear mathematical model and the nonlinear mathematical model are established. Based on the stress wave transfer theory, the collision principle of impact piston and drill rod is analyzed theoretically, and the mathematical model is established. In the third chapter, based on AMESim software, the hydraulic system and test system of gas-liquid combined hydraulic hammer are modeled and simulated by computer. This paper discusses the influence of key structural parameters and input parameters on its impact performance, and puts forward a new structure for testing the impact performance of hydraulic crushing hammer, and selects the structural parameters by simulation. It provides support for the research of structure design and test system. In chapter 4th, the testing methods of impact performance of hydraulic hammer are compared and analyzed, and the testing system of impact performance of hydraulic hammer with gas-liquid combined action is set up, and its composition principle, performance index and experimental method are introduced. Based on the test system, the impact performance of gas-liquid combined hydraulic hammer is tested, the experimental results are obtained, and the error reasons are analyzed, and the experimental results are obtained by comparing the experimental results with the simulation results. The correctness of the theoretical analysis and simulation model of the pneumatic hydraulic hammer and its testing system based on the impact force test cylinder of the broken hammer are verified, and the feasibility of the test scheme and the practicability of the test method are also verified. Chapter 5th summarizes the main research work and results of the whole thesis, and looks forward to the next research work and direction.
