【摘要】:以高速徑向動壓軸承為研究對象,分析溫黏效應對油膜靜、動態(tài)特性的影響;通過聯(lián)立求解二維雷諾方程、能量方程和溫黏方程,得到油膜壓力分布、溫度分布和黏度分布,進而求出承載力、摩擦力等靜特性系數(shù)和剛度系數(shù)、阻尼系數(shù)。計算結果表明,油膜溫度由入口處沿周向上升,在破裂邊前達到最大,溫度沿軸向變化不大;計入溫黏效應,油膜偏位角增大,承載力、摩擦力和側泄量均減小,且隨著轉速升高和偏心率增大,變化趨勢愈加明顯;計入溫黏效應,油膜動特性系數(shù)明顯減小,且轉速越高、偏心率越大影響越顯著。
[Abstract]:The influence of temperature viscosity effect on the static and dynamic characteristics of oil film is analyzed by taking the high speed radial dynamic bearing as the research object. By solving two dimensional Reynolds equation, energy equation and temperature viscosity equation, the oil film pressure distribution, temperature distribution and viscosity distribution are obtained, and the static characteristic coefficient and stiffness coefficient such as bearing capacity, friction force and so on are obtained. Damping coefficient. The calculated results show that the oil film temperature rises from the inlet to the circumference, reaches the maximum before the rupture edge, and the temperature changes little along the axial direction. When the temperature viscosity effect is taken into account, the oil film deviation angle increases, the bearing capacity, friction force and lateral discharge decrease, and with the increase of rotational speed and eccentricity, the change trend becomes more and more obvious. When the temperature viscosity effect is taken into account, the dynamic coefficient of oil film decreases obviously, and the higher the rotational speed, the greater the influence of eccentricity.
