【摘要】:為了實(shí)現(xiàn)切向和法向摩振動(dòng)的融合,提出應(yīng)用向量理論對切向和法向摩擦振動(dòng)進(jìn)行合成的方法,通過摩擦副磨合磨損試驗(yàn)分析合成摩擦振動(dòng)的變化規(guī)律。結(jié)果表明:合成摩擦振動(dòng)在摩擦副磨合過程中經(jīng)歷了由大到小并趨于平穩(wěn)的變化過程;摩擦副磨合開始時(shí),合成摩擦振動(dòng)的幅值較大,隨著磨合過程的進(jìn)行,合成摩擦振動(dòng)的幅值逐漸減小;摩擦副達(dá)到磨合后,合成摩擦振動(dòng)的幅值處于平穩(wěn)波動(dòng);提出的向量合成方法可實(shí)現(xiàn)切向和法向摩擦振動(dòng)的融合,合成的摩擦振動(dòng)能夠反映摩擦副磨合磨損狀態(tài)的變化。
[Abstract]:In order to realize the integration of tangential and normal friction vibration, proposes the application of vector theory of tangential and normal friction vibration synthesis method, through the analysis of friction friction vibration test running in wear patterns. The results show that the synthetic friction friction vibration in the running process experienced from large to small and tend to the change process is stable; the friction pairs start running, synthesis of friction vibration amplitude is larger, with the running in process, the amplitude of vibration friction decreases; the friction reached after the run in a stable amplitude synthetic friction vibration fluctuation; vector synthesis method proposed can achieve the fusion of tangential and normal friction vibration. The synthesis of friction vibration can reflect the friction wear state changes.
