雙環(huán)減速器內(nèi)齒干涉檢測(cè)及運(yùn)動(dòng)仿真研究

【摘要】:雙環(huán)減速器是一種新型減速器,通過(guò)雙曲柄齒輪機(jī)構(gòu)引導(dǎo)作圓周平動(dòng),具有結(jié)構(gòu)簡(jiǎn)單、體積小、重量輕、傳動(dòng)比大、傳動(dòng)效率高、承載能力大、過(guò)載能力強(qiáng)等優(yōu)點(diǎn),在機(jī)械行業(yè)得到廣泛應(yīng)用。其環(huán)板內(nèi)嚙合齒輪傳動(dòng)是少齒差內(nèi)嚙合傳動(dòng),少齒差內(nèi)嚙合傳動(dòng)的內(nèi)嚙合齒輪副幾何計(jì)算的核心問(wèn)題是避免干涉的問(wèn)題。本文在分析少齒差內(nèi)嚙合不干涉條件的基礎(chǔ)上,以Visual Basic語(yǔ)言開發(fā)了內(nèi)嚙合干涉檢測(cè)與參數(shù)化設(shè)計(jì)的計(jì)算機(jī)程序。同時(shí)采用I-DEAS建立雙環(huán)減速器的三維實(shí)體模型,在施加了相應(yīng)的控制條件后,實(shí)現(xiàn)其運(yùn)動(dòng)狀態(tài)仿真。 文章首先歸納和總結(jié)了雙環(huán)減速器的設(shè)計(jì)思想的基礎(chǔ)上,以內(nèi)嚙合齒的頂隙標(biāo)準(zhǔn)值為基礎(chǔ),分析內(nèi)齒嚙合的運(yùn)動(dòng)條件,主要運(yùn)動(dòng)參數(shù),尤其是內(nèi)嚙合齒輪的傳動(dòng)干涉條件,并歸納了內(nèi)嚙合齒輪的齒面接觸疲勞強(qiáng)度與齒根彎曲疲勞強(qiáng)度的校核。 采用Visual Basic6.0編程語(yǔ)言為工具,按照歸納的內(nèi)嚙合齒輪參數(shù)設(shè)計(jì)公式,開發(fā)了可檢驗(yàn)內(nèi)嚙合齒輪傳動(dòng)干涉檢測(cè)與強(qiáng)度校核的計(jì)算機(jī)輔助程序,能夠加快內(nèi)嚙合齒輪配合的參數(shù)選擇,提高設(shè)計(jì)效率和可靠性。 應(yīng)用I-DEAS建立雙環(huán)減速器各零部件的三維實(shí)體模型,并進(jìn)行了裝配,按照動(dòng)力的輸入輸出關(guān)系,施加約束條件,實(shí)現(xiàn)了雙環(huán)減速器的動(dòng)態(tài)運(yùn)行,直觀形象的觀察雙環(huán)減速器的各零部件的運(yùn)行狀態(tài),加深對(duì)內(nèi)嚙合齒輪減速器的理解,為內(nèi)嚙合齒輪的傳動(dòng)設(shè)計(jì)與狀態(tài)分析提供了有效工具。 本文研究的內(nèi)嚙合齒輪減速器的參數(shù)設(shè)計(jì)與動(dòng)態(tài)運(yùn)行仿真,對(duì)內(nèi)嚙合齒輪傳動(dòng)設(shè)計(jì)與分析具有一定的理論價(jià)值和工程應(yīng)用價(jià)值,為新型內(nèi)嚙合齒輪傳動(dòng)裝置的開發(fā)具有一定的指導(dǎo)意義。
[Abstract]:Double ring gear reducer is a new type reducer, circle translation by double crank gear guide, has the advantages of simple structure, small volume, light weight, large transmission ratio, high transmission efficiency, large bearing capacity, strong overload capacity and other advantages, is widely used in machinery industry. The ring plate gear is less tooth difference internal gear transmission, the core problem of internal gear side geometry of the gear transmission calculation of small tooth difference is to avoid interference problems. Based on the analysis of interference conditions with small tooth difference on the computer program with Visual Basic language to develop the internal meshing interference detection and parametric design. At the same time using I-DEAS to establish three-dimensional solid model of double ring gear reducer, under the corresponding control condition, realize the motion simulation.
This paper firstly summarizes the basic design idea of reducer ring on top clearance under the standard tooth value based motion condition analysis of internal gear, the main movement parameters, especially the transmission gear interference conditions, check and summarizes the internal gear tooth contact fatigue strength and tooth root the bending fatigue strength.
Using Visual Basic6.0 programming tool, according to the design formula of internal gear parameters of induction, developed a computer aided test program of internal gear transmission interference detection and strength check, to select the parameters with the gear in the speed, improve the design efficiency and reliability.
The application of I-DEAS to establish the 3D model of double ring gear reducer parts, and make the assembly, according to the relationship between input and output power, the constraint conditions, to achieve the dynamic operation of double ring gear reducer, the running state of double observation of visual image of the various parts of the reducer, gear reducer to deepen understanding, provide an effective tool for the design and analysis of the state of the driving gear.
The parameter design and dynamic running simulation of the meshing gear reducer studied in this paper have certain theoretical value and engineering application value for the design and analysis of the internal gear transmission, which is of guiding significance for the development of the new internal gear transmission device.
