【摘要】:工程機(jī)械在各類(lèi)工程建設(shè)中有著廣泛的應(yīng)用。工程機(jī)械具有功率大、效率高的特點(diǎn),但工程機(jī)械系統(tǒng)非常復(fù)雜,涉及的專(zhuān)業(yè)知識(shí)面廣,若出現(xiàn)故障后不能及時(shí)找出故障原因,那么維修和維護(hù)就會(huì)影響工程進(jìn)度,從而影響工作效率。因此,選擇合適、高效的故障診斷方法對(duì)提高系統(tǒng)的可靠性和安全性具有重要的意義。 本論文通過(guò)對(duì)工程機(jī)械故障診斷方法和OBD-Ⅱ的研究,確定將OBD-Ⅱ故障診斷方法應(yīng)用在工程機(jī)械上,實(shí)現(xiàn)在線(xiàn)實(shí)時(shí)故障診斷。OBD是英文On-Board Diagnostics的縮寫(xiě),中文翻譯為“車(chē)載自動(dòng)診斷系統(tǒng)”。 論文對(duì)工程機(jī)械的故障診斷方法進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的描述,研究了OBD-Ⅱ的發(fā)展及應(yīng)用。對(duì)OBD-Ⅱ的通訊協(xié)議和診斷模式進(jìn)行了深入的研究,確定了基于CAN總線(xiàn)的診斷通信協(xié)議。 論文中采用DSP芯片TMS320F2812為主控芯片構(gòu)造診斷設(shè)備的硬件系統(tǒng),主要包括電源模塊、JTAG模塊、CAN通信模塊、SCI串口通信模塊、鍵盤(pán)輸入模塊、LCD液晶顯示屏顯示模塊等。硬件原理設(shè)計(jì)及PCB設(shè)計(jì)均在Protel DXP 2004硬件環(huán)境下設(shè)計(jì)完成。PCB采用四層電路板,在PCB板布局、布線(xiàn)、電源層分割和地線(xiàn)設(shè)置等方面做了詳細(xì)的介紹。 軟件系統(tǒng)按功能分成幾個(gè)模塊:主函數(shù)模塊、串口通信模塊、CAN通信模塊、鍵盤(pán)輸入模塊、故障碼處理模塊和液晶顯示模塊。論文中分析了各模塊主要函數(shù)的設(shè)計(jì)思路和實(shí)現(xiàn)方式。通過(guò)主函數(shù)對(duì)其他子函數(shù)的調(diào)用實(shí)現(xiàn)系統(tǒng)的診斷功能。各函數(shù)功能采用C語(yǔ)言編程實(shí)現(xiàn),在CCS3.3軟件環(huán)境下編寫(xiě)、調(diào)試,最后燒寫(xiě)到DSP芯片內(nèi)。 論文最后總結(jié)了已完成的工作,對(duì)課題接下來(lái)的發(fā)展方向和要解決的問(wèn)題進(jìn)行了展望,對(duì)后續(xù)工作進(jìn)行了分析。
[Abstract]:Engineering machinery has been widely used in various types of construction projects. The engineering machinery has the advantages of high power, high efficiency, but the engineering mechanical system is very complex, involving extensive professional knowledge, if it is failure to find out the cause of the malfunction, the repair and maintenance will affect the progress of the project, thus affecting the work efficiency. Therefore, select the appropriate, efficient fault diagnosis method has an important significance to improve the reliability and safety of the system.
In this paper, by studying the fault diagnosis method of construction machinery and OBD- II, it is determined that the OBD- II fault diagnosis method is applied to construction machinery to realize online real-time fault diagnosis..OBD is the abbreviation of English On-Board Diagnostics, and the Chinese version is "vehicle automatic diagnosis system".
In this paper, the fault diagnosis method of construction machinery is described in detail. The development and application of OBD- II is studied. The communication protocol and diagnosis mode of OBD- II are deeply researched, and the diagnostic communication protocol based on CAN bus is determined.
The hardware structure of the main control chip diagnostic equipment using DSP chip TMS320F2812 in the paper, including power module, JTAG module, CAN communication module, SCI communication module, keyboard input module, LCD display module. The hardware design principle and design PCB design in Protel DXP 2004 environment.PCB adopts four layers in the wiring circuit board, PCB board layout, power, and ground layer segmentation and other aspects are described in detail.
The software system is divided into several modules according to the functions: the main function module, serial communication module, CAN communication module, keyboard input module, fault code processing module and LCD display module. The paper analyzes the design idea of each module main function and realization way. Through the main function of the realization of diagnosis function of the system call on it he functions. The function was realized by C programming language under the environment of CCS3.3 software compilation, debugging, finally programmed into the DSP chip.
At the end of the paper, the completed work is summarized, the future development direction and the problems to be solved are prospected, and the follow-up work is analyzed.
