【摘要】:4JB徑向往復(fù)泵多用于10MPa以上的各類液壓系統(tǒng)中,具有比傳統(tǒng)泵體積小,單人拆卸維修方便,工作壓力高,流量調(diào)節(jié)方便,耐沖擊振動(dòng)能力強(qiáng),工作可靠等優(yōu)點(diǎn)。廣泛應(yīng)用于石油、化工、清洗、船舶、礦山等行業(yè)。 目前已經(jīng)開(kāi)發(fā)制造出來(lái)了一個(gè)型號(hào)的4JB往復(fù)泵,但是只有一個(gè)型號(hào)遠(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)不能滿足市場(chǎng)的需求。為了盡快的開(kāi)拓市場(chǎng),實(shí)現(xiàn)產(chǎn)品的產(chǎn)業(yè)化規(guī);a(chǎn),有必要對(duì)4JB往復(fù)泵進(jìn)行系列化設(shè)計(jì)。4JB泵的系列化設(shè)計(jì)是根據(jù)已有的產(chǎn)品型號(hào),擴(kuò)大4JB往復(fù)泵的使用范圍,在相同的結(jié)構(gòu)原理下,設(shè)計(jì)出流量范圍2.5-100m3/h,壓力范圍10-100Mpa的一系列泵,再把設(shè)計(jì)參數(shù)和性能指標(biāo)進(jìn)行歸類和化簡(jiǎn),設(shè)計(jì)出產(chǎn)品的規(guī)格,形成系列。本文主要工作和結(jié)論如下: 1.根據(jù)往復(fù)泵的壓力系列和流量系列的國(guó)家標(biāo)準(zhǔn),和柱塞泵的容積效率機(jī)械效率對(duì)功率的影響,分析了4JB往復(fù)泵:額定壓力,額定流量,輸入功率等主要參數(shù)之間的關(guān)系,計(jì)算出不同的流量和壓力所對(duì)應(yīng)的輸入功率。根據(jù)普通交流電機(jī)的功率系數(shù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和泵的轉(zhuǎn)速范圍要求,進(jìn)行科學(xué)規(guī)劃,得到了電機(jī)的功率系列分別是400、250、110、55KW。 2.運(yùn)用AMEsim仿真軟件研究了主軸的轉(zhuǎn)速對(duì)往復(fù)泵排量的影響,當(dāng)轉(zhuǎn)速低于1000r/min的時(shí)候轉(zhuǎn)速和流量成正比。當(dāng)轉(zhuǎn)速高于1000r/min之后往復(fù)泵的轉(zhuǎn)速和流量不成正比,實(shí)際排量小于理論排量,產(chǎn)生了吸空現(xiàn)象。綜合分析得到流量的范圍是500-1000r/min。 3.根據(jù)功率參數(shù)系列,并依據(jù)泵的功率與柱塞承受載荷的關(guān)系,完成了泵的動(dòng)力端零件軸承和主軸的主要結(jié)構(gòu)和尺寸的系列化設(shè)計(jì),并對(duì)其中受力較大的一根主軸進(jìn)行了力學(xué)的計(jì)算和Ansys分析。綜合考慮主軸的轉(zhuǎn)速范圍,主軸的偏心距,軸承承受的載荷和流量的范圍,完成柱塞的系列化設(shè)計(jì)。同時(shí)根據(jù)吸入排出閥的特點(diǎn)完成了閥的系列化設(shè)計(jì)。 4.在完成了上述設(shè)計(jì)的基礎(chǔ)上,總結(jié)設(shè)計(jì)出來(lái)的參數(shù),得到了五種不同直徑的柱塞,四種型號(hào)的主軸。對(duì)柱塞模塊和主軸模塊經(jīng)行組合,得到達(dá)到要求的流量壓力系列。最后通過(guò)對(duì)比泵類的命名規(guī)律,制作4JB徑向往復(fù)泵的系列型譜。
[Abstract]:The 4JB radial reciprocating pump is used in various hydraulic systems with more than 10MPa , and has the advantages of small volume of traditional pump , convenient disassembly and maintenance of single person , high working pressure , convenient flow regulation , high impact resistance , reliable operation and the like , and is widely applied to industries such as petroleum , chemical industry , cleaning , ships , mines and the like . A 4JB reciprocating pump has been developed and manufactured , but only one model can ' t meet the demand of the market . In order to open up the market as soon as possible and realize the large - scale production of the products , it is necessary to design a series of 4JB reciprocating pumps . Under the same structure principle , a series of pumps with a flow range of 2.5 -100m3 / h and a pressure range of 10 - 100Mpa are designed . The design parameters and performance indexes are classified and simplified , and the specifications and the forming series of products are designed . The main work and conclusion of this paper are as follows : 1 . According to the national standard of the pressure series and flow series of the reciprocating pump and the influence of the mechanical efficiency of the displacement efficiency of the plunger pump on the power , the relationship between the main parameters of the rated pressure , the rated flow rate and the input power is analyzed , and the input power corresponding to different flow and pressure is calculated . According to the standard of the power coefficient of the common AC motor and the rotating speed range of the pump , scientific planning is carried out , and the power range of the motor is 400 , 250 , 110 and 55KW , respectively . 2 . The influence of the rotating speed of the main shaft on the displacement of the reciprocating pump is studied by using the simulation software . When the rotating speed is lower than 1000r / min , the rotation speed and the flow rate are proportional . When the rotating speed is higher than 1000r / min , the speed and flow rate of the reciprocating pump are not directly proportional , the actual displacement is less than the theoretical displacement , and the suction air phenomenon is generated . The comprehensive analysis results in the flow range of 500 - 1000r / min . 3 . According to the series of power parameters and according to the relationship between the power of the pump and the bearing load of the plunger , the series design of the main structure and size of the power end part bearing and the main shaft of the pump is completed , and the mechanical calculation and Ansys analysis are carried out on one main shaft in which the force is larger . The series design of the plunger is completed by taking into account the range of the rotating speed of the main shaft , the eccentricity of the main shaft , the load and the flow rate of the bearing , and the serialization design of the valve is completed according to the characteristics of the suction discharge valve . 4 . On the basis of the above design , the design parameters are summarized , five plungers with different diameters and four types of spindles are obtained . The plunger module and the main shaft module are combined to obtain the required flow pressure series . Finally , the series pattern of the 4JB radial reciprocating pump is produced by comparing the naming rule of the pump class .
