【摘要】:在生產(chǎn)過程中,儀控系統(tǒng)需密切監(jiān)測壓力、溫度和振動等信息,并以此為反饋實現(xiàn)自動控制,對異常情況實現(xiàn)快速處理,保護壓縮機運行穩(wěn)定,防止壓縮機異常振動現(xiàn)象出現(xiàn)。因此設(shè)計一個具有高可靠性,高安全等級的丙烯壓縮機組儀控系統(tǒng)尤為重要。本論文的研究和設(shè)計來源于和兗州煤業(yè)鄂爾多斯能化公司內(nèi)蒙古榮信化工股份有限公司甲醇合成裝置合作的工程項目。項目所選用的冷凍站及制冷系統(tǒng)壓縮機是沈陽鼓風(fēng)機集團有限公司生產(chǎn)的3MCL707壓縮機組,汽輪機選用了杭州汽輪機股份有限公司生產(chǎn)的NK40/46/20汽輪機。課題工作中首先對丙烯壓縮機基本工作原理進(jìn)行了剖析,研究了離心壓縮機喘振機理。按照該機組的工藝要求和系統(tǒng)設(shè)計標(biāo)準(zhǔn),分析了丙烯壓縮機組一次儀表以及施工件的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化選型設(shè)計方案,進(jìn)行了針對該項目的丙烯壓縮機儀控系統(tǒng)設(shè)計。在此基礎(chǔ)上研究了丙烯壓縮機組軸承振動和位移的監(jiān)控和保護,設(shè)計了可以通過倍頻完成開車、完成機組監(jiān)測保護的系統(tǒng)方案。針對丙烯壓機組入口介質(zhì)溫度低的特點,研發(fā)出適合于丙烯制冷壓機組的自動溫度控制方案。丙烯壓縮機是由汽輪機驅(qū)動的離心壓縮機,汽輪機、丙烯壓縮機、干氣密封里面的所有測點都要接到透平壓縮機組綜合控制系統(tǒng),因此本文還研究了丙烯壓縮機組的一些重要控制邏輯模型,根據(jù)丙烯壓機組工藝流程特點,完成丙烯壓機組工藝流程設(shè)計。最后,基于TRICON平臺工作特點,研究了冗余控制系統(tǒng)的重要性、必要性及可靠性,從而完善丙烯制冷機組控制系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計。本文進(jìn)行的丙烯壓縮機儀控系統(tǒng)設(shè)計和提出的預(yù)防機組喘振措施,引入了快開線和防喘振線,在實際應(yīng)用中減少了喘振的發(fā)生,取得了讓用戶滿意的效果。
[Abstract]:During the production process, the information of pressure, temperature and vibration should be monitored closely, so that the automatic control can be realized by feedback, and the abnormal situations can be quickly processed to protect the compressor running stably and prevent abnormal vibration of compressor. Therefore, it is very important to design a high reliability and high safety grade of propylene compressor unit. The research and design of this thesis comes from the project of cooperation with Yanzhou coal industry Ordos energy chemical company Inner Mongolia Rongxin chemical Limited by Share Ltd methanol synthesis plant. The refrigerating station and refrigerating system compressor selected by the project is a 3MCL707 compressor unit produced by Shenyang Blower Group Co., Ltd. the steam turbine is selected by Hangzhou steam turbine Limited by Share Ltd to produce NK40/46/20 steam turbine. In the work, the basic principle of the propylene compressor is analyzed, and the surge mechanism of the centrifugal compressor is studied. According to the process requirements and system design standard of the unit, the standardized selection design plan for primary instrument and construction part of propylene compressor unit is analyzed, and the design of propylene compressor's instrument control system for this project is carried out. On this basis, the monitoring and protection of the bearing vibration and displacement of propylene compressor unit is studied, and a system plan to complete the start-up and completion of the unit monitoring and protection is designed. In view of the low temperature of the medium at the inlet of the propylene compressor, the automatic temperature control scheme suitable for the propene refrigeration compressor set is developed. Propylene compressor centrifugal compressor is driven by steam turbines, steam turbines, propylene compressor, dry gas seal all measuring points inside have received the turbine compressor control system, so this paper also studies some important control logic model of propylene compressor unit, according to the process characteristics of pressure propylene, complete the design process of propylene compressor. Finally, based on the working characteristics of TRICON platform, we studied the importance, necessity and reliability of redundant control system, so as to improve the design of propylene refrigeration unit control system. The system design and put forward the prevention measures of propylene compressor surge set the instrument control, introduces the fast line and anti surge line, in the practical application to reduce the occurrence of surge, has achieved satisfying effect.
