【摘要】：在經(jīng)濟全球化不斷發(fā)展的新形勢下，企業(yè)要想在激烈的市場競爭中贏得勝利，必須實現(xiàn)采購、計劃、生產(chǎn)和銷售等業(yè)務(wù)流程的暢通與優(yōu)化。ERP系統(tǒng)作為企業(yè)上層整合先進管理理念和計算機網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)的信息系統(tǒng)正可滿足這種需求。在ERP系統(tǒng)的諸多模塊中，采購管理模塊處于整個供應(yīng)鏈的頂端，決定著企業(yè)產(chǎn)品的質(zhì)量。而成本管理模塊更是企業(yè)立足市場競爭的基礎(chǔ)。為此，，本論文以山東兗州金城宏達機械有限公司為研究對象，對中小型企業(yè)ERP系統(tǒng)的采購管理模塊和成本管理模塊進行了研究。 首先，在詳細調(diào)研的基礎(chǔ)上，根據(jù)企業(yè)需求分析，對企業(yè)現(xiàn)有業(yè)務(wù)流程合理改進，設(shè)計出符合中小型企業(yè)特點的業(yè)務(wù)流程；其次，對企業(yè)管理軟件的功能進行了設(shè)計，通過對采購管理模塊和成本管理模塊的數(shù)據(jù)流程圖的分析，分別設(shè)計出對應(yīng)的功能模塊；然后，對企業(yè)管理軟件的結(jié)構(gòu)進行了研究設(shè)計。主要包括管理軟件的邏輯結(jié)構(gòu)、企業(yè)網(wǎng)絡(luò)部署和數(shù)據(jù)庫的設(shè)計；最后，在前文研究的基礎(chǔ)上，開發(fā)了采購管理和成本管理的原型系統(tǒng)，通過實踐證明了本文相關(guān)設(shè)計和理論研究的正確性。 山東兗州金城宏達機械有限公司是中小型企業(yè)的典型代表。本文研究的系統(tǒng)功能設(shè)計和體系結(jié)構(gòu)具有一定的通用性，可為我國其他中小型企業(yè)實施信息化管理提供有益參考。
[Abstract]:Under the new situation of continuous development of economic globalization, if enterprises want to win in the fierce market competition, we must achieve smooth and optimized business processes such as procurement, planning, production and sales. The ERP system, as an information system that integrates advanced management concept and computer network technology in the upper level of the enterprise, can meet this demand. In the many modules of the ERP system, the purchasing management module is at the top of the whole supply chain, which determines the quality of the enterprise product. And the cost management module is the foundation of the enterprise based on the market competition. Therefore, this paper takes Shandong Yanzhou Jincheng Hongda Machinery Co., Ltd. as the research object, and studies the procurement management module and cost management module of ERP system of small and medium-sized enterprises.
