微孔陣列式節(jié)流器的結(jié)構(gòu)參數(shù)對(duì)空氣軸承穩(wěn)定性的影響

【摘要】:在ANSYS中運(yùn)用APDL語言參數(shù)化編程,建立空氣靜壓軸承的三維流場模型;在Workbench環(huán)境下將模型導(dǎo)入到FLUENT中,分析微孔陣列式節(jié)流器微孔個(gè)數(shù)、節(jié)流器微孔直徑以及壓力腔的直徑和深度對(duì)空氣靜壓軸承穩(wěn)定性的影響。結(jié)果表明:采用微孔陣列節(jié)流器可以顯著減小微振動(dòng);隨著節(jié)流微孔的直徑和壓力腔直徑的減小及壓力腔深度的增加,微振動(dòng)均減小,空氣軸承的穩(wěn)定性提高。
[Abstract]:The use of APDL language programming parameters in ANSYS, 3D flow field model of aerostatic bearing; under the environment of Workbench model is imported into FLUENT, analysis of the effect of micro pore array type restrictor pore number, pore diameter and throttle pressure chamber diameter and depth of air static pressure bearing stability. The results show that the micropore array throttle can significantly reduce the micro vibration. With the decrease of the throttling hole diameter and the pressure chamber diameter and the increase of pressure chamber depth, the micro vibration decreases, and the stability of air bearing improves.
