網(wǎng)絡(luò)化機載數(shù)據(jù)采集系統(tǒng)中嵌入式主站軟件的設(shè)計與實現(xiàn)

【摘要】:機載數(shù)據(jù)采集系統(tǒng)負責(zé)對飛行試驗測試數(shù)據(jù)的采集、傳輸、處理與存儲,是進行飛行測試與試航認證的的關(guān)鍵設(shè)備。隨著通信網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)在航空領(lǐng)域中的廣泛應(yīng)用,新型飛機、大型飛機的飛行試驗對機載數(shù)據(jù)采集系統(tǒng)提出了新的要求。網(wǎng)絡(luò)化機載數(shù)據(jù)采集系統(tǒng)在擴展性、實時性、數(shù)據(jù)傳輸帶寬、數(shù)據(jù)交換與共享等方面均具有較強的優(yōu)勢,符合未來飛機的飛行試驗要求。 結(jié)合實驗室承擔(dān)的科研課題——“基于實時以太網(wǎng)的數(shù)據(jù)采集系統(tǒng)關(guān)鍵技術(shù)研究、實現(xiàn)與驗證”,本文重點研究了網(wǎng)絡(luò)化機載數(shù)據(jù)采集系統(tǒng)中嵌入式主站功能模塊劃分、軟件設(shè)計與實現(xiàn)。 本文首先對機載數(shù)據(jù)采集系統(tǒng)的現(xiàn)狀與網(wǎng)絡(luò)發(fā)展趨勢進行概要介紹,并在對實時以太網(wǎng)EtherCAT詳細分析的基礎(chǔ)上,提出基于EtherCAT的網(wǎng)絡(luò)化機載數(shù)據(jù)采集方案。然后,以嵌入式主站為研究重點,對嵌入式主站進行軟硬件功能劃分,并詳細設(shè)計了嵌入式主站軟件模塊。最后,詳細闡述嵌入式主站軟件開發(fā)流程,構(gòu)建片上系統(tǒng)并移植Linux操作系統(tǒng),并對嵌入式主站的郵箱服務(wù)進行編程實現(xiàn)與功能驗證。
[Abstract]:The on-board data acquisition system is responsible for the acquisition, transmission, processing and storage of flight test data, and is the key equipment for carrying out flight test and pilot certification. With the wide application of the communication network technology in the aviation field, the flight test of the new aircraft and the large-scale aircraft has put forward a new requirement for the on-board data acquisition system. The networked airborne data acquisition system has strong advantages in the aspects of expansibility, real-time performance, data transmission bandwidth, data exchange and sharing, and meets the flight test requirements of the future aircraft. In this paper, the function module division, software design and real-time of the embedded main station in the networked airborne data acquisition system are studied in this paper by combining with the scientific research subject _ "Research, Implementation and Verification of Key Technology of Data Acquisition System Based on Real-time Ethernet". In this paper, the present situation of the airborne data acquisition system and the development trend of the network are briefly introduced, and on the basis of the detailed analysis of the real-time Ethernet EtherCAT, the on-board data collection based on the EtherCAT is put forward. And then, the embedded master station is used as the research focus, the software and hardware functions of the embedded main station are divided, and the embedded master station is designed in detail. And finally, the software development process of the embedded main station is described in detail, an on-chip system is built and a Linux operating system is transplanted, and the mailbox service of the embedded master station is programmed to realize and work.
