基于嵌入式系統(tǒng)無線條碼采集終端的研究與設(shè)計

【摘要】:隨著經(jīng)濟全球化進程的加快,現(xiàn)代物流行業(yè)呈現(xiàn)出穩(wěn)步增長的態(tài)勢,,條碼技術(shù)在貨物管理中得到廣泛應(yīng)用。市場對于無線條碼采集終端的需求日益凸顯。就目前來說,將幾種無線通信方式集中在一起的條碼采集終端比較少,而且價格昂貴。另外,在傳輸條碼數(shù)據(jù)過程中,沒有對所采集待發(fā)送的條碼數(shù)據(jù)進行有效的加密,容易造成條碼數(shù)據(jù)的外泄。本文針對上述情況,設(shè)計和實現(xiàn)了一種無線條碼采集終端,將GPRS和WiFi兩種無線傳輸方式集成到一起,并對條碼數(shù)據(jù)信息使用DES算法加密,有效地解決了這兩個問題。 本文基于S3C6410處理器設(shè)計了核心板電路,根據(jù)具體的功能需求和實現(xiàn)目標(biāo),采用SIM300C GPRS模塊和WM-G-MR-09WiFi模塊設(shè)計了無線傳輸模塊外圍接口電路,為系統(tǒng)搭建了硬件開發(fā)平臺。在此基礎(chǔ)上,選用Windows CE6.0嵌入式操作系統(tǒng)作為軟件開發(fā)平臺,開發(fā)了與硬件平臺相關(guān)的板級支持包(BSP),包括BootLoader、OAL和驅(qū)動程序,定制了Windows CE6.0操作系統(tǒng),導(dǎo)出應(yīng)用軟件開發(fā)所需要的軟件開發(fā)工具包(SDK)。之后設(shè)計與實現(xiàn)了相關(guān)模塊的應(yīng)用程序,包括串口通信模塊、DES加解密模塊、GPRS通信模塊、WiFi通信模塊和用戶界面模塊等。 本次開發(fā)的無線條碼采集終端可以使用GPRS或者WiFi無線傳輸方式將采集到的條碼數(shù)據(jù)傳輸?shù)竭h端服務(wù)器,并在傳輸過程中實現(xiàn)了對條碼數(shù)據(jù)的有效加密,保證傳輸數(shù)據(jù)的安全性,達到了預(yù)期的目標(biāo),具有較好的實用價值。
[Abstract]:With the acceleration of the process of economic globalization, the modern logistics industry has shown a steady growth, and the barcode technology has been widely used in the management of goods. The demand of the market for wireless bar code acquisition terminals is becoming more and more prominent. In the present case, the bar code acquisition terminals in which several wireless communication modes are concentrated are less, and are expensive. In addition, in the process of transmitting the bar code data, the bar code data to be transmitted is not effectively encrypted, and the leakage of the bar code data can be easily caused. In this paper, a wireless bar code acquisition terminal is designed and implemented, and the two wireless transmission modes of GPRS and WiFi are integrated, and the two problems are solved effectively by using DES algorithm to encrypt the bar code data information. The core board circuit is designed based on the S3C6410 processor. According to the specific functional requirements and the goal, the peripheral interface circuit of the wireless transmission module is designed by using the SIM300C GPRS module and the WM-G-MR-09 WiFi module, and the hardware development level is set up for the system. On the basis of this, the Windows CE6.0 embedded operating system is selected as the software development platform, and the board-level support package (BSP) related to the hardware platform is developed, including the BootLoader, the OAL and the driver, and the Windows CE6.0 operating system is customized, and the software development kit (SDK) needed for the development of the application software is derived. and then the application program of the relevant module is designed and implemented, The wireless bar code acquisition terminal developed by the invention can transmit the acquired bar code data to the remote server by using the GPRS or the WiFi wireless transmission mode, the target of the invention has the advantages of good real-time performance,
