【摘要】：設(shè)計(jì)了一種用于視障人士電子閱讀的機(jī)械式點(diǎn)陣顯示系統(tǒng)。該系統(tǒng)通過(guò)小棘爪鎖定顯示針的不同位置以保持觸點(diǎn)的狀態(tài),采用Z向驅(qū)動(dòng)器配合XY移動(dòng)平臺(tái)順序控制每個(gè)顯示針的凸起,而后由復(fù)位驅(qū)動(dòng)器統(tǒng)一復(fù)位,從而實(shí)現(xiàn)系統(tǒng)中多個(gè)觸點(diǎn)的凸起和平整狀態(tài)的自動(dòng)切換。實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明:采用單個(gè)Z向驅(qū)動(dòng)器的系統(tǒng)可在1分鐘內(nèi)完成54個(gè)觸點(diǎn)的凸起和平整狀態(tài)自動(dòng)轉(zhuǎn)換。
[Abstract]:A mechanical dot matrix display system for electronic reading of visually retarded people is designed. In this system, the different positions of the display needle are locked by small pawl to maintain the state of the contact. The Z driver and XY mobile platform are used to control the protruding of each display needle, and then the reset driver is reset uniformly, so as to realize the automatic switching of the protruding and leveling states of multiple contacts in the system. The experimental results show that the system with a single Z driver can automatically transition the protruding and leveling states of 54 contacts in one minute.
