翻轉(zhuǎn)結(jié)構(gòu)的觸摸按鍵系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)及實(shí)現(xiàn)

【摘要】:觸摸感應(yīng)技術(shù)是一種基于信號(hào)識(shí)別技術(shù)基礎(chǔ)上的新型電子控制技術(shù),作為一種傳統(tǒng)輸入方式的升級(jí)換代技術(shù),應(yīng)用在對(duì)各種電子設(shè)備的信息輸入和操控上,給輸入設(shè)備的人機(jī)交互界面帶來(lái)了革命性的變化。 觸摸感應(yīng)技術(shù)的基本原理是以捕捉人體手指的觸摸動(dòng)作信息為基本出發(fā)點(diǎn),將手指觸摸動(dòng)作的信息轉(zhuǎn)化成電信號(hào)并加以識(shí)別。主流的觸摸感應(yīng)技術(shù)主要基于電阻或者電容感應(yīng)原理,結(jié)合現(xiàn)代微電子技術(shù)集成電路能夠可靠地捕捉手指的觸摸信息。 本文的主要研究目的是提出一種適合于小空間和翻轉(zhuǎn)結(jié)構(gòu)的觸摸按鍵的設(shè)計(jì)應(yīng)用方法。 在電氣設(shè)計(jì)方面,對(duì)于翻轉(zhuǎn)結(jié)構(gòu)給觸摸按鍵信號(hào)識(shí)別所帶來(lái)的干擾,通過(guò)合理的硬件設(shè)計(jì)和軟件調(diào)試,解決了經(jīng)常困擾觸摸按鍵設(shè)計(jì)人員的誤動(dòng)作問(wèn)題;對(duì)于小空間的設(shè)計(jì)問(wèn)題,因其對(duì)于PCB的尺寸有較大的限制,將傳統(tǒng)的底部LED背光源,改到按鍵的側(cè)面,使用創(chuàng)新的導(dǎo)光片結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)保證了發(fā)光效果。 在結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)方面,對(duì)于極小的空間,通過(guò)采用高強(qiáng)度的鋁材同時(shí)作為裝飾面板和框架,既實(shí)現(xiàn)了觸摸按鍵信號(hào)采集對(duì)于穩(wěn)定性的要求,也成功實(shí)現(xiàn)了在狹小空間內(nèi)設(shè)計(jì)滿足強(qiáng)度要求的翻轉(zhuǎn)結(jié)構(gòu)。 最后,結(jié)合本文設(shè)計(jì)的特點(diǎn),給出了該產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)的測(cè)試和評(píng)價(jià)方法,對(duì)于硬件和軟件方面的重點(diǎn)課題也給出了相應(yīng)解決辦法。
[Abstract]:Touch induction technology is a new type of electronic control technology based on signal recognition technology. as a kind of upgrading technology of traditional input mode, touch induction technology is applied to the information input and control of various electronic devices. It has brought revolutionary changes to the human-computer interface of the input device. The basic principle of touch induction technology is to capture the touch action information of human fingers as the basic starting point, and convert the information of finger touch action into electrical signal and recognize it. The mainstream touch induction technology is mainly based on the principle of resistance or capacitance induction, and the integrated circuit of modern microelectronics technology can reliably capture the touch information of fingers. The main purpose of this paper is to propose a design and application method of touch button suitable for small space and flip structure. In the aspect of electrical design, the interference caused by the flip structure to the recognition of touch button signal is solved by reasonable hardware design and software debugging, which often perplexes the touch button designer. For the design of small space, because of its great limitation on the size of PCB, the traditional bottom LED backlight source is changed to the side of the key, and the innovative light guide structure design is used to ensure the luminous effect. In the aspect of structural design, for very small space, the stability requirement of touch key signal acquisition is realized by using high strength aluminum as decorative panel and frame at the same time. The flip structure which meets the strength requirements is also successfully designed in a narrow space. Finally, according to the characteristics of this design, the test and evaluation method of the product design is given, and the corresponding solutions to the key issues of hardware and software are also given.
