【摘要】：掌上智能終端是個(gè)人電腦發(fā)展的最新形態(tài)，已從民用領(lǐng)域迅速擴(kuò)散到軍用領(lǐng)域。在人與軍用信息技術(shù)關(guān)系、軍用個(gè)人計(jì)算機(jī)技術(shù)發(fā)展和軍用軟件技術(shù)發(fā)展三個(gè)方面，掌上智能終端都對(duì)軍事信息技術(shù)發(fā)展產(chǎn)生了一定的影響：其人性化的人機(jī)交互方式，促使軍方人員在軍事實(shí)踐中更好地吸收民用信息技術(shù)新理念；其減輕了人對(duì)傳統(tǒng)個(gè)人電腦的依附，使得軍用個(gè)人計(jì)算機(jī)技術(shù)的發(fā)展也將進(jìn)入新的階段；其獨(dú)特的應(yīng)用軟件商店模式，激活民間軟件開(kāi)發(fā)者的積極性和創(chuàng)造性，，推動(dòng)了軍用軟件技術(shù)的發(fā)展。深度解析外軍將民用掌上智能終端技術(shù)應(yīng)用于軍隊(duì)信息化建設(shè)實(shí)踐的案例，可以為我軍發(fā)展軍事信息技術(shù)提供借鑒。
[Abstract]:Handheld intelligent terminal is the latest form of personal computer development, which has spread rapidly from civil field to military field.
