基于ARM的收款保險(xiǎn)箱系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn)

【摘要】:國(guó)內(nèi)外現(xiàn)金交易量比較大的場(chǎng)所很多,如:大型超市、百貨商場(chǎng)、大規(guī)模收費(fèi)站、賓館、醫(yī)院等,每天都需要花費(fèi)大量的人力物力用來(lái)清點(diǎn)、核實(shí)和存儲(chǔ)現(xiàn)金。這些場(chǎng)所涉及大量的現(xiàn)金交易,,難免會(huì)出現(xiàn)工作效率低、現(xiàn)金流失等問(wèn)題。從經(jīng)濟(jì)和性能等方面考慮,本文設(shè)計(jì)的收款保險(xiǎn)箱結(jié)合了ATM (Automatic Teller Machine)自動(dòng)取款機(jī)和POS(Point of Sale)收款機(jī)的優(yōu)點(diǎn),具有成本低、小型化、高性能、高可靠性和操作方便等優(yōu)點(diǎn),具有收鈔、驗(yàn)鈔、存款、打印憑條和網(wǎng)頁(yè)管理等功能,解決了市場(chǎng)現(xiàn)金交易出現(xiàn)的難題。 ARM結(jié)構(gòu)體系具有強(qiáng)大的控制功能,在嵌入式系統(tǒng)中發(fā)揮了重要的作用,ARM處理器和嵌入式Linux的結(jié)合變得越來(lái)越緊密,并且在嵌入式領(lǐng)域中得到廣泛的應(yīng)用。本文研究基于ARM+Linux操作系統(tǒng)的嵌入式收款保險(xiǎn)箱。首先,根據(jù)收款保險(xiǎn)箱的功能需求介紹了總體設(shè)計(jì)方案,然后根據(jù)總體設(shè)計(jì)方案逐步展開,分別介紹了收款保險(xiǎn)箱的硬件和軟件實(shí)現(xiàn)。在硬件和軟件的設(shè)計(jì)中,均采用模塊化的設(shè)計(jì)方法,使各模塊之間相對(duì)獨(dú)立,便于系統(tǒng)的維護(hù)與改進(jìn)。 硬件、軟件功能的反復(fù)測(cè)試證明了收鈔處理和打印憑條的數(shù)據(jù)準(zhǔn)確性,數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)的網(wǎng)頁(yè)瀏覽也驗(yàn)證了系統(tǒng)的實(shí)時(shí)性。總之整個(gè)系統(tǒng)的安全性和穩(wěn)定性高,基本滿足了客戶的需求。目前該收款保險(xiǎn)箱已經(jīng)投入小批量生產(chǎn)。
[Abstract]:There are many places with large cash trading volume at home and abroad, such as: large supermarkets, department stores, large-scale toll stations, hotels, hospitals, etc., need to spend a lot of manpower and material resources to count, verify and store cash every day. These places involve a large number of cash transactions, it is inevitable that there will be inefficient work, cash loss and other problems. From the aspects of economy and performance, the collection safe designed in this paper combines the advantages of ATM (Automatic Teller Machine) ATM and POS (Point of Sale) cash register, and has the advantages of low cost, miniaturization, high performance, high reliability and convenient operation. It has the functions of collecting banknotes, checking banknotes, deposits, printing vouchers and web page management, which solves the problems of cash transactions in the market. ARM architecture has powerful control function and plays an important role in embedded system. The combination of ARM processor and embedded Linux has become more and more close, and has been widely used in embedded field. In this paper, the embedded collection safe based on ARM Linux operating system is studied. Firstly, according to the functional requirements of the collection safe, the overall design scheme is introduced, and then the hardware and software implementation of the collection safe are introduced step by step according to the overall design scheme. In the design of hardware and software, modular design method is adopted to make each module relatively independent, which is convenient for the maintenance and improvement of the system. The repeated test of hardware and software functions proves the accuracy of receipt processing and printing voucher, and the web browsing of database also verifies the real-time performance of the system. In a word, the security and stability of the whole system is high, which basically meets the needs of customers. At present, the safe deposit box has been put into small batch production.
