非接觸式IC卡讀寫器中I~2C總線接口的開發(fā)與驗(yàn)證

【摘要】:作為信息技術(shù)領(lǐng)域里發(fā)展最快的技術(shù)之一,IC (Integrated Circuit)卡在人們的日常生活中正發(fā)揮著越來越重要的作用。而非接觸式IC卡憑借著無源和免接觸的優(yōu)勢,一經(jīng)問世就開始迅速占領(lǐng)著智能卡市場。在串行接口擴(kuò)展總線于IC卡讀寫器芯片設(shè)計中受到廣泛應(yīng)用之際,I2C總線接口也以其簡單有效的特點(diǎn)倍受青睞。 FM320是由復(fù)旦微電子公司開發(fā)的在13.56MHz下實(shí)現(xiàn)非接觸通訊的高度集成IC卡讀寫器,支持多種Host端的接口方式,包括8位并行接口、SPI接口、I2C接口以及串行UART接口。本文主要基于對ISO/IEC14443協(xié)議規(guī)范和I2C總線協(xié)議規(guī)范的充分理解,在開發(fā)FM320芯片的過程中,針對芯片的I2C總線接口模塊進(jìn)行了電路設(shè)計,并針對其電路結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行了全面的分析討論。最后完成了對I2C接口的功能驗(yàn)證,驗(yàn)證主要通過從I2C接口向FM320內(nèi)讀寫數(shù)據(jù)完成,覆蓋了I2C接口的所有工作模式,模擬了多種傳輸情況和可能出現(xiàn)的傳輸錯誤,抓取了典型的功能驗(yàn)證點(diǎn),通過觀測波形和終端輸出自校驗(yàn)兩種方式完成了驗(yàn)證。驗(yàn)證結(jié)果表明I2C接口應(yīng)答正常,讀寫功能無誤,典型功能點(diǎn)驗(yàn)證結(jié)果基本良好,可以為非接觸式IC卡讀寫器芯片F(xiàn)M320正常使用。
[Abstract]:As one of the fastest developing technologies in the field of information technology, IC (Integrated Circuit) card is playing a more and more important role in people's daily life. The contactless IC card, with the advantages of passive and contact-free, began to occupy the smart card market as soon as it came out. At a time when serial interface extension bus is widely used in IC card reader chip design, I2C bus interface is also favored because of its simple and effective characteristics. FM320 is a highly integrated IC card reader developed by Fudan Microelectronics Company to realize contactless communication under 13.56MHz. It supports a variety of host interface modes, including 8-bit parallel interface, SPI interface, I2C interface and serial UART interface. Based on the full understanding of ISO/IEC14443 protocol specification and I2C bus protocol specification, in the process of developing FM320 chip, the circuit design is carried out for the I2C bus interface module of the chip. The circuit structure is analyzed and discussed in detail. Finally, the function verification of I2C interface is completed, which is mainly completed by reading and writing data from I2C interface to FM320, covering all the working modes of I2C interface, and simulating a variety of transmission conditions and possible transmission errors. The typical functional verification points are grasped, and the verification is completed by observing waveform and terminal output self-calibration. The verification results show that the response of I2C interface is normal, the reading and writing function is correct, and the verification results of typical function points are basically good. It can be used normally for contactless IC card reader chip FM320.
