基于.NET的嵌入式系統(tǒng)OPC客戶端開發(fā)
[Abstract]:The production information management system can effectively reduce the operation cost and improve the efficiency of the enterprise, which is of great significance to the development of the enterprise. Data acquisition system is an important part of the production information management system. OPC technology, as a set of universal and open interface standards for data access software and hardware, has been widely used in the field of industrial control. The data acquisition system based on OPC technology has been applied in PC. Because of the large volume and high power consumption of PC, it can not meet the demand of the development of industrial control towards lightweight now. However, embedded system appears in the form of independent device, because of its small size, strong specificity and simple structure, the embedded system has the advantages of small size, high specificity and simple structure. NET platform is a new technology platform developed by Microsoft, which is easy to use and powerful. Therefore, it has important engineering application value to study the development of OPC client program based on. Net embedded system. In this paper, based on the development of OPC client and the existing problems, a method of developing embedded system OPC client based on .NET is put forward, and the method of customizing embedded platform is given. The compiling and porting method of configuration tool and the developing method of OPC data acquisition program based on .NET. This paper presents a design and implementation method of WinCE system which supports OPC specification. The operating system realizes remote access to OPC Server based on OPC specification and DCOM technology. Aiming at the problems of OPC data acquisition program in embedded system, this paper presents a realization method of embedded system OPC client program based on. Net. The method uses COMInterop technology to complete the initialization of remote OPC server. The function of collecting and transferring a large amount of real-time data is realized by using ADO.NET technology. The experiment shows that the OPC client of the embedded system based on. Net can collect the data of the remote OPC server effectively and use the ADO.NET technology to complete the data transmission. This system provides a new solution for data acquisition based on OPC and has good engineering application value.
