基于多系統(tǒng)的1553B和串行通信的PXI板卡設計

【摘要】:為了滿足箭上單機設備的通用化測試需求,設計了適用于航天領域的基于多系統(tǒng)的1553B總線和串行通信的PXI板卡;介紹了板卡的主要功能、基本原理、硬件設計、Windows系統(tǒng)和VxWorks系統(tǒng)下軟件驅動開發(fā),用戶層軟件設計等;工程應用表明:板卡在-40~70℃環(huán)境溫度下,1553B通信速率1Mbps,多路串行通信波特率800 bps至8M bps的條件下實時傳輸無誤碼,運行穩(wěn)定,在多系統(tǒng)平臺下圖形顯示實時性能高,板卡已經在多種箭上設備的通用測試中得到廣泛應用。
[Abstract]:In order to meet the requirement of universal test of single-machine equipment on arrow, a PXI board card based on 1553B bus and serial communication for aerospace field is designed. The main functions, basic principles, hardware design, software driver development of Windows system and VxWorks system, software design of user layer and so on are introduced in this paper. The engineering application shows that the board can transmit no error code under the conditions of 1553B communication rate 1Mbps, multi-channel serial communication baud rate from 800Mbps to 8m bps, stable operation and high real-time performance in multi-system platform under the condition of-40 鈩,
