基于ARM的動力與環(huán)境系統(tǒng)集中采集單元的設計與實現
[Abstract]:Data center room power (distribution cabinet, power cabinet, UPS, generators, batteries, etc.), environment (air conditioning, leak detection, temperature and humidity), fire (smoke detection), security (infrared detection, Access Control and other equipment for the data center computer equipment to provide a reliable operation of the guarantee. Therefore, in order to ensure the safe and reliable work of computer equipment, it is extremely necessary to monitor and manage the power, environment and other equipment in the computer room. By analyzing and classifying the power and environment equipments in the computer room of the data center, a centralized collection unit is designed to monitor and control the equipment in the computer room in real time. The hardware circuit design of the centralized acquisition unit is based on the i.MX287 processor of NXP Company, and designs the power supply circuit, dual Ethernet interface circuit, intelligent device interface circuit, data acquisition circuit, external storage circuit, etc. USB bus extended interface circuit and other circuit modules. The software of the centralized acquisition unit is designed and developed based on the Ubuntu 14.04 LTS operating system. Firstly, the kernel of Uboot and Linux 2.6.35 is transplanted, and the file system is configured, and the application program is compiled and downloaded to the hardware platform of the centralized acquisition unit. Complete system integration. In addition, the basic centralized monitoring software is designed to realize the centralized monitoring of the equipment in the data center computer room and the system integration debugging of the designed centralized acquisition unit. The design and development of the centralized acquisition unit can realize the real-time monitoring and control of the power and environmental equipment in the computer room, reduce the cost of human operation and maintenance, and reduce the cost of maintenance.
