基于ARM9的電聲防空警報控制器設(shè)計

【摘要】:人防警報控制器既在戰(zhàn)爭時期承擔(dān)著通過預(yù)先向人民發(fā)放敵空襲信號的方式來組織人民有效躲避敵人打擊的任務(wù),也是和平年代人民政府在處理重大災(zāi)害事故時有效的應(yīng)急和報知手段。所以,人防警報控制器的建設(shè)和發(fā)展與國家的安全和人民的生存息息相關(guān),F(xiàn)有的以PC機為主控中心的人防警報控制器體積大、依賴市電供電且存在機械部件,可靠性和抗毀性等方面不足以應(yīng)對未來高科技戰(zhàn)爭。為了保證國家和人民免受未來戰(zhàn)爭中高科技武器的打擊,國防安全事業(yè)對防空警報控制器的各項性能提出了更高的要求。 本文設(shè)計了一臺基于ARM9的電聲防空警報控制器。硬件電路部分包括ARM9最小系統(tǒng)、電聲警報模塊、無線數(shù)傳模塊接口電路和外部音頻功放接口等;軟件部分嵌入裁剪后的適合本設(shè)計的Linux2.6操作系統(tǒng),可實現(xiàn)復(fù)雜功能之間的調(diào)度;供電部分有市電和蓄電池兩種供電方式,可自由切換。針對作為后備電源的蓄電池在使用過程中壽命短、可靠性低的問題,采用RBF神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)方法,設(shè)計了蓄電池SOC值監(jiān)測模型,可以實時監(jiān)測蓄電池的工作狀態(tài),防止蓄電池在工作中過充過放。仿真結(jié)果證明了該模型用于蓄電池SOC值監(jiān)測的合理性。 本文所設(shè)計的電聲防空警報控制器具有體積小、便于移動、可靠性高和抗毀能力強等優(yōu)點,,既實現(xiàn)了移動中警報音頻文件的集總發(fā)放,也可以作為警報終端使用,大大降低了被敵方摧毀的概率,在一定程度上彌補了現(xiàn)有警報控制器的缺點和不足。
[Abstract]:The civil air defense alarm controller not only undertakes the task of organizing the people to evade enemy strikes effectively by sending out air strike signals to the people in advance during the war. It is also an effective emergency and notification tool for people's governments in peacetime to deal with major disasters and accidents. Therefore, the construction and development of civil air-defense alarm controller is closely related to national security and people's survival. The existing civil air defense alarm controllers with PC as the main control center are large in size, rely on municipal power supply and have mechanical components. The reliability and survivability of these controllers are not sufficient to cope with the future high-tech war. In order to protect the nation and people from the attack of high-tech weapons in the future war, the national defense and security enterprises put forward higher requirements on the performance of the air defense alarm controller. In this paper, an electroacoustic air defense alarm controller based on ARM9 is designed. The hardware circuit includes ARM9 minimum system, electro-acoustic alarm module, wireless data transmission module interface circuit and external audio power amplifier interface. The software part is embedded in the Linux2.6 operating system which is suitable for this design, which can realize the scheduling between the complex functions, and the power supply part has two power supply modes, one is the municipal power supply and the other is the battery, which can be switched freely. Aiming at the problems of short life and low reliability of battery as backup power supply, a monitoring model of battery SOC value is designed by using RBF neural network method, which can monitor the working state of battery in real time. Prevent the battery from overcharging during work. The simulation results show that the model is reasonable for battery SOC monitoring. The electro-acoustic air defense alarm controller designed in this paper has the advantages of small size, easy to move, high reliability and strong survivability. It not only realizes the lumped release of alarm audio files in mobile, but also can be used as an alarm terminal. It greatly reduces the probability of being destroyed by the enemy, and to some extent makes up for the shortcomings and shortcomings of the existing alarm controllers.
