HGA的磁頭裝配激光預(yù)固化系統(tǒng)的開發(fā)
[Abstract]:The magnetic head folding module is composed of the magnetic head and the cantilever folding piece assembly bonded by epoxy resin glue, which is the key link to realize the high reliability and low price of the hard disk. At present, the bonding process between the magnetic head and the cantilever folding plate is mainly made of dot-coated epoxy resin glue and then high temperature curing or UV light precuring and then high temperature curing. In this paper, the magnetic head bonding technology of precuring epoxy resin glue produced by laser irradiation and heat conduction on the magnetic head surface is studied. The feasibility of laser precuring scheme is summarized by studying the current glue curing scheme between magnetic head and cantilever folding plate, and the feasibility of laser precuring scheme is analyzed by simulation and experimental results. The presolidification of the glue for the cantilever folding plate with closed tongue structure can be completed, and the laser precuring system is designed and developed in combination with the existing assembly procedure of the magnetic head. The effect of laser beam distribution on the precuring of glue laser is analyzed. According to the simulation results, the deviation of laser beam in X and Y directions relative to the magnetic head center will lead to the weakening of the solidification effect of glue, and the closer the beam center is to the magnetic head center, The better the curing effect. The fixture of laser pre-curing system is designed and the design of the system is completed. The optimum process parameters of laser precuring bonding were found by parameter optimization experiment. Aiming at the discrete problem of static pitch angle after laser presolidification, the influence reasons are analyzed by DOE. It is found that the minor bubble in epoxy resin glue is the main factor to cause the change of pitch angle, and the static pitch angle of the product can be neglected because of the influence of fixture on the static pitch angle of the product. Optimizing the viscosity of epoxy resin glue can obviously improve the dispersion problem of static pitch angle. The effect of laser precuring system on the microdeformation of the magnetic head is discussed. The optimized parameters have little effect on the tip of the magnetic head, and the micro-deformation of the whole surface of the head is very small. It is verified that the current laser precuring process has no significant effect on the reliability of the magnetic head itself and will not damage the performance of the head itself.
