無線自助點(diǎn)餐系統(tǒng)集成設(shè)計(jì)

【摘要】:當(dāng)今世界,信息技術(shù)的發(fā)展一日千里,整個(gè)社會(huì)生活的各個(gè)不同領(lǐng)域都在進(jìn)行著不同程度的信息化建設(shè)。作為有著深厚歷史文化底蘊(yùn)的中國傳統(tǒng)餐飲行業(yè),也需要通過信息化的手段來提升服務(wù)質(zhì)量和工作效率,從而減低成本幫助餐飲企業(yè)實(shí)現(xiàn)效益的最大化。無線自助點(diǎn)餐系統(tǒng)應(yīng)用嵌入式技術(shù)、無線通信技術(shù)、以及軟件數(shù)據(jù)庫技術(shù),實(shí)現(xiàn)顧客的自助點(diǎn)餐以及餐廳的信息化管理,很好的迎合了餐飲行業(yè)信息化的潮流。 本文分析了點(diǎn)餐系統(tǒng)在國內(nèi)外的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀和趨勢,并研究了點(diǎn)餐系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)思想、整體方案以及功能的實(shí)現(xiàn);赟3C6410ARM11處理器,完成了系統(tǒng)硬件平臺的搭建,包括U-boot的移植、Linux內(nèi)核的配置編譯和移植以及根文件系統(tǒng)的構(gòu)建。完成點(diǎn)菜應(yīng)用軟件的設(shè)計(jì)實(shí)現(xiàn),包括Qt移植、SQLite數(shù)據(jù)庫移植、MPlayer播放器移植、tslib觸摸屏驅(qū)動(dòng)移植、界面模塊設(shè)計(jì)、數(shù)據(jù)庫模塊設(shè)計(jì)、通信模塊設(shè)計(jì)以及視頻播放模塊設(shè)計(jì)。完成了點(diǎn)餐客戶端的功能實(shí)現(xiàn),將客戶端和服務(wù)端連接起來,實(shí)現(xiàn)了客戶端和服務(wù)端的通信。 系統(tǒng)實(shí)現(xiàn)了自助式的點(diǎn)餐操作,采用觸摸屏輸入操作,顯示界面美觀友好,操作方便簡單,顧客可以選擇分類點(diǎn)餐或是拼音點(diǎn)餐兩種不同的方式來選擇喜歡的菜品,確認(rèn)訂單后,系統(tǒng)會(huì)將訂單信息發(fā)送給服務(wù)端。除了點(diǎn)餐功能外,本系統(tǒng)還能在閑時(shí)自動(dòng)循環(huán)播放廣告視頻,可以為餐廳帶來額外的廣告收益。 本無線自助點(diǎn)餐系統(tǒng)的使用,可以提升餐廳的信息化水平,提高工作效率以及服務(wù)品質(zhì),同時(shí)能為顧客提供高科技服務(wù)體驗(yàn)。
[Abstract]:Nowadays, with the rapid development of information technology, various fields of social life are carrying on different degrees of information construction. As a Chinese traditional catering industry with profound historical and cultural heritage, it is also necessary to improve the service quality and work efficiency through the means of information technology, thus reducing the cost to help the catering enterprises to achieve the maximum benefit. Wireless self-order system applies embedded technology, wireless communication technology and software database technology to realize the information management of customers' self-order and restaurant, which caters to the trend of catering industry informatization. This paper analyzes the present situation and trend of the ordering system at home and abroad, and studies the design idea, the overall scheme and the realization of the function of the ordering system. Based on the S3C6410ARM11 processor, the hardware platform of the system is built, including the configuration compilation and migration of the U-boot kernel and the construction of the root file system. The design and implementation of ordering application software including Qt transplantation SQLite database transplant MPlayer player transplant tslib touch screen driver design interface module design database module design communication module design and video playback module design. The function of ordering client is realized, the client and server are connected together, and the communication between client and server is realized. The system realizes the self-service ordering operation, adopts the touch screen input operation, the display interface is beautiful and friendly, the operation is convenient and simple, the customer can choose the favorite dishes in two different ways: the classification order or the pinyin order. After confirming the order, the system sends the order information to the server. In addition to ordering function, the system can automatically cycle the advertising video during free time, which can bring extra advertising revenue to the restaurant. The use of the wireless self-service system can improve the information level of the restaurant, improve efficiency and service quality, and provide customers with high-tech service experience.
