知識(shí)管理技術(shù)在計(jì)算機(jī)基礎(chǔ)課程中的應(yīng)用
[Abstract]:In China, educational technology is not only a subject, but also a cause related to education and teaching reform. However, the research and discussion of modern educational technology in the field of educational technology in China is basically stagnant, and it is still in the stage of "audio-visual education management", which is incompatible with the development trend of modern educational technology. Nowadays, mankind has entered the information age, and the development of multimedia computer and network communication technology has promoted the reform of education and teaching. With the new technology, new idea and new social demand, there are many new ideas, thinking and methods on the level of educational technology, which makes the traditional audio-visual education management far from solving the practical problems of modern educational technology management. Under the background of the current information environment and management system reform, using the latest theoretical achievements in the field of management for reference, knowledge management is introduced into modern education technology, which combines information management technology and computer network technology. It can effectively control and coordinate the related resources and processes of educational technology and promote the innovation and efficiency of modern educational technology. Based on the analysis of the current research situation at home and abroad, this paper takes the course of computer Foundation as an example to systematize its knowledge. Besides the systematic explicit knowledge, it also needs to explore its tacit knowledge. Through the comparative analysis of educational technology and knowledge management, this paper introduces knowledge management into the theory and practice of educational technology, and comprehensively examines and ponders modern educational technology from the perspective of knowledge management. Constructing the theoretical framework of modern educational technology from the perspective of knowledge management, running the concept of knowledge management through the whole educational technology activities, from the organization, This paper discusses the realization of knowledge management in education technology from three aspects: individual and knowledge sharing environment based on network and information technology.
