知識(shí)管理技術(shù)在計(jì)算機(jī)基礎(chǔ)課程中的應(yīng)用

【摘要】:在我國(guó),教育技術(shù)不僅僅是一門(mén)學(xué)科,還是一項(xiàng)關(guān)系到教育與教學(xué)改革的事業(yè)。但是,國(guó)內(nèi)教育技術(shù)界對(duì)現(xiàn)代教育技術(shù)的研究和探討卻基本上停滯不前,仍然停留在“電化教育管理”的階段,與現(xiàn)代教育技術(shù)的發(fā)展趨勢(shì)不相適應(yīng)。如今人類(lèi)已經(jīng)進(jìn)入信息時(shí)代,多媒體計(jì)算機(jī)和網(wǎng)絡(luò)通信技術(shù)的發(fā)展,推動(dòng)著教育教學(xué)的改革。伴隨著新的技術(shù)、新的理念以及新的社會(huì)需求,在教育技術(shù)層面上也出現(xiàn)了很多新的理念、思維和方法,使得傳統(tǒng)的電化教育管理遠(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)不能解決現(xiàn)代教育技術(shù)管理的現(xiàn)實(shí)問(wèn)題。在當(dāng)前信息化環(huán)境下和管理體制改革的背景下,借鑒管理學(xué)領(lǐng)域最新的理論成果,將知識(shí)管理引入現(xiàn)代教育技術(shù)當(dāng)中,結(jié)合信息化管理技術(shù)、計(jì)算機(jī)網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù),可以對(duì)教育技術(shù)的相關(guān)資源及過(guò)程進(jìn)行有效地控制與協(xié)調(diào),促進(jìn)現(xiàn)代教育技術(shù)的創(chuàng)新和效益的提高。 本論文在對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行分析的基礎(chǔ)上,以《計(jì)算機(jī)基礎(chǔ)》課程為例,對(duì)其進(jìn)行知識(shí)系統(tǒng)化,,除了系統(tǒng)化顯性知識(shí)外,還要發(fā)掘其隱性知識(shí);通過(guò)對(duì)教育技術(shù)和知識(shí)管理的比較分析,將知識(shí)管理引入教育技術(shù)的理論與實(shí)踐,從知識(shí)管理的視角,對(duì)現(xiàn)代教育技術(shù)進(jìn)行全面的審視和思考;初步構(gòu)建知識(shí)管理視角下的現(xiàn)代教育技術(shù)理論架構(gòu),將知識(shí)管理的理念貫穿于整個(gè)教育技術(shù)活動(dòng)之中,從組織、個(gè)人和基于網(wǎng)絡(luò)和信息技術(shù)的知識(shí)共享環(huán)境三個(gè)層面來(lái)探討教育技術(shù)知識(shí)管理的具體實(shí)現(xiàn)方式。
[Abstract]:In China, educational technology is not only a subject, but also a cause related to education and teaching reform. However, the research and discussion of modern educational technology in the field of educational technology in China is basically stagnant, and it is still in the stage of "audio-visual education management", which is incompatible with the development trend of modern educational technology. Nowadays, mankind has entered the information age, and the development of multimedia computer and network communication technology has promoted the reform of education and teaching. With the new technology, new idea and new social demand, there are many new ideas, thinking and methods on the level of educational technology, which makes the traditional audio-visual education management far from solving the practical problems of modern educational technology management. Under the background of the current information environment and management system reform, using the latest theoretical achievements in the field of management for reference, knowledge management is introduced into modern education technology, which combines information management technology and computer network technology. It can effectively control and coordinate the related resources and processes of educational technology and promote the innovation and efficiency of modern educational technology. Based on the analysis of the current research situation at home and abroad, this paper takes the course of computer Foundation as an example to systematize its knowledge. Besides the systematic explicit knowledge, it also needs to explore its tacit knowledge. Through the comparative analysis of educational technology and knowledge management, this paper introduces knowledge management into the theory and practice of educational technology, and comprehensively examines and ponders modern educational technology from the perspective of knowledge management. Constructing the theoretical framework of modern educational technology from the perspective of knowledge management, running the concept of knowledge management through the whole educational technology activities, from the organization, This paper discusses the realization of knowledge management in education technology from three aspects: individual and knowledge sharing environment based on network and information technology.
