S曲線加減速控制在3D打印中的實(shí)現(xiàn)

【摘要】:桌面級3D打印機(jī)步進(jìn)電機(jī)通常采用梯形加減速控制,在高速打印時(shí)加減速過程易受到柔性沖擊,影響打印質(zhì)量。為解決上述問題,采用ARM架構(gòu)的STM32F103微處理器,設(shè)計(jì)出一種基于該處理器的S曲線加減速控制方法,并與梯形加減速進(jìn)行了對比實(shí)驗(yàn)。實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,采用設(shè)計(jì)的S曲線加減速控制方法后,3D打印機(jī)在高速打印時(shí),加減速過程柔性沖擊減小,打印質(zhì)量提高。
[Abstract]:The stepping motor of desktop 3D printer is usually controlled by ladder acceleration and deceleration. When printing at high speed, the acceleration and deceleration process is vulnerable to flexible impact, which affects the printing quality. In order to solve the above problems, a S-curve acceleration and deceleration control method based on ARM STM32F103 microprocessor is designed and compared with trapezoidal acceleration and deceleration. The experimental results show that the flexible impact of the acceleration and deceleration process is reduced and the printing quality is improved when the 3D printer is printed at high speed using the designed S curve acceleration and deceleration control method.
