機(jī)房精密空調(diào)集中監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)

【摘要】:隨著機(jī)房計(jì)算機(jī)數(shù)量的不斷增加,確保機(jī)房環(huán)境滿足計(jì)算機(jī)設(shè)備正常運(yùn)行至關(guān)重要。機(jī)房空調(diào)作為保證計(jì)算機(jī)正常運(yùn)行的重要設(shè)備,有效對(duì)其管理維護(hù)就變得格外重要。為降低機(jī)房管理人員工作負(fù)荷,及時(shí)發(fā)現(xiàn)、排除系統(tǒng)設(shè)備故障,開(kāi)發(fā)大型機(jī)房的空調(diào)設(shè)備集中監(jiān)控管理系統(tǒng)就顯得十分必要。 針對(duì)機(jī)房空調(diào)設(shè)備的管理現(xiàn)狀存在的問(wèn)題,本文對(duì)機(jī)房空調(diào)集中監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)的國(guó)內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀和應(yīng)用現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行分析,在對(duì)具體的項(xiàng)目需求分析的基礎(chǔ)上,設(shè)計(jì)了一個(gè)機(jī)房精密空調(diào)集中監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)。采用分層的控制方式,對(duì)各層進(jìn)行軟件開(kāi)發(fā),實(shí)現(xiàn)機(jī)房空調(diào)的集中控制和獨(dú)立控制功能。經(jīng)過(guò)對(duì)集中監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)的測(cè)試與實(shí)際應(yīng)用,驗(yàn)證了該監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)方案的可行性和科學(xué)性。 本文主要完成了以下工作: 1、詳細(xì)分析該機(jī)房空調(diào)集中監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)的具體需求,提出了一種基于分布式多層CPU結(jié)構(gòu)形式的空調(diào)監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)方案,并根據(jù)分層控制的思想將集中監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)分為:機(jī)房精密空調(diào)控制層、集中控制層和監(jiān)控管理層。 2、對(duì)機(jī)房空調(diào)監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)的硬件結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行配置,,利用PROFIBUS-DP協(xié)議組建監(jiān)控網(wǎng)絡(luò);并且以系統(tǒng)的需求為基礎(chǔ),通過(guò)對(duì)PLC軟件編程及上位機(jī)監(jiān)控軟件的組態(tài)對(duì)每個(gè)控制層的具體功能進(jìn)行詳細(xì)設(shè)計(jì)。 3、對(duì)集中監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行功能測(cè)試、性能測(cè)試,以及實(shí)際運(yùn)行檢驗(yàn),表明該機(jī)房精密空調(diào)集中監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)方案具有高實(shí)用性,對(duì)機(jī)房空調(diào)的科學(xué)管理提供了一個(gè)很好的平臺(tái)。 該集中監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)實(shí)現(xiàn)多臺(tái)機(jī)房空調(diào)的精密控制和集中控制,在滿足控制精度的前提下保證機(jī)房環(huán)境穩(wěn)定、可靠,滿足計(jì)算機(jī)等相關(guān)設(shè)備對(duì)運(yùn)行需求,給機(jī)房空調(diào)的管理維護(hù)帶來(lái)極大的方便。同時(shí),該項(xiàng)目為其它機(jī)房設(shè)備的管理維護(hù)提供一個(gè)借鑒。
[Abstract]:With the increasing number of computers in the computer room, it is very important to ensure that the computer room environment meets the normal operation of the computer equipment. As an important equipment to ensure the normal operation of computer, it is very important to effectively manage and maintain the air conditioning in engine room. In order to reduce the workload of computer room managers, find out and troubleshoot the system equipment in time, it is necessary to develop the centralized monitoring and management system of air conditioning equipment in the large computer room. In view of the problems existing in the management of the air-conditioning equipment in the engine room, this paper analyzes the domestic and international research and application status of the centralized monitoring system for the air-conditioning system in the engine room, based on the analysis of the specific project requirements. A centralized monitoring system for precision air conditioning in computer room is designed. Adopting the hierarchical control mode, the software of each layer is developed to realize the centralized control and independent control function of the air conditioning in the engine room. Through the test and practical application of the centralized monitoring system, the feasibility and scientific nature of the design scheme of the monitoring system are verified. The main work of this paper is as follows: 1. The detailed analysis of the specific requirements of the air-conditioning centralized monitoring system in the computer room, and a design scheme of the air-conditioning monitoring system based on the distributed multi-layer CPU structure is put forward. According to the idea of hierarchical control, the centralized monitoring system is divided into three parts: precision air conditioning control layer, centralized control layer and monitoring management layer. 2. The hardware structure of the computer room air conditioning monitoring system is configured. PROFIBUS-DP protocol is used to build the monitoring network, and based on the requirements of the system, Through the programming of PLC software and the configuration of the monitoring software of the host computer, the specific functions of each control layer are designed in detail. 3. The function test, performance test and actual running test of the centralized monitoring system are carried out. It is shown that the design scheme of the precision air conditioning centralized monitoring system in the computer room is of high practicability and provides a good platform for the scientific management of the air conditioning in the computer room. The centralized monitoring system realizes the precision control and centralized control of air conditioning in many computer rooms, ensures the stability and reliability of the environment of the computer room under the premise of satisfying the control accuracy, and meets the operational requirements of the relevant equipment such as computers. It brings great convenience to the management and maintenance of computer room air conditioning. At the same time, the project for other computer room equipment management and maintenance to provide a reference.
