【摘要】：針對現(xiàn)有單一預(yù)測策略不適用于所有異構(gòu)任務(wù)的問題,提出一種基于本地任務(wù)與遠(yuǎn)程任務(wù)運行時間的組合預(yù)測方案(CPS)和預(yù)測精度保證(PAA)的概念。使用Grid Sim工具集來實現(xiàn)CPS,將PAA作為定量評價由某一特定預(yù)測策略提供的預(yù)測運行時間精度的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。仿真實驗表明:與本地任務(wù)預(yù)測策略如Last和滑動窗口中值(SM)相比,CPS的平均相對殘差下降了1.58%、1.62%;與遠(yuǎn)程任務(wù)預(yù)測策略如平均運行時間(RM)和加權(quán)移動平均值(ES)相比,CPS的平均相對殘差下降了1.02%、2.9%。因此,PAA能從綜合策略所提供的結(jié)果中選擇接近最優(yōu)值的預(yù)測,CPS增強了計算環(huán)境中本地任務(wù)和遠(yuǎn)程任務(wù)運行時間的PAA。
[Abstract]:In order to solve the problem that the single prediction strategy is not suitable for all heterogeneous tasks, this paper presents the concept of (CPS) and (PAA), which are based on the running time of local task and remote task. The Grid Sim toolset is used to realize PAA, which is used as a standard to quantitatively evaluate the precision of prediction running time provided by a particular prediction strategy. The simulation results show that compared with the local task prediction strategy such as Last and sliding window median (SM), the average relative residuals are reduced by 1.58 and 1.62, and compared with the remote task prediction strategies such as average running time (RM) and weighted moving average (ES). The average relative residuals decreased by 1.02% and 2.9%. Therefore, PAA can select a prediction close to the optimal value from the results provided by the synthesis strategy. CPS enhances the PAAs of local and remote tasks running time in the computing environment.
