面向云存儲的基于全同態(tài)密碼技術的文檔相似度計算方法

【摘要】:針對云存儲服務中存在的用戶隱私保護需求,提出了一種在密文狀態(tài)下的文檔相似度計算方法。數(shù)據(jù)擁有者將文檔ID、加密后的文檔密文以及文檔simhash值的密文上傳到云服務器中;云服務提供者進行待計算相似度文檔的simhash密文值和數(shù)據(jù)擁有者文檔simhash密文值的全同態(tài)加法運算,獲得文檔間漢明距離的密文;數(shù)據(jù)擁有者解密漢明距離密文獲得文檔相似度排序結(jié)果。云端在不獲悉數(shù)據(jù)內(nèi)容及其simhash明文的情況下完成數(shù)據(jù)對象相似度運算,保護了數(shù)據(jù)隱私。給出了該方法的詳細過程及相關的實驗數(shù)據(jù),驗證了該方法的可行性。
[Abstract]:In order to meet the need of user privacy protection in cloud storage service, a document similarity calculation method in the state of ciphertext is proposed. The data owner uploads the document ID, encrypted document ciphertext and the ciphertext of the document simhash value to the cloud server; the cloud service provider performs the full homomorphic addition of the simhash ciphertext value of the document to be calculated and the simhash ciphertext value of the data owner document. The ciphertext with the hamming distance between documents is obtained, and the data owner decrypts the hamming distance ciphertext to obtain the result of document similarity ranking. The cloud completes the data object similarity operation without knowing the data content and its simhash plaintext, which protects the data privacy. The detailed process and experimental data of the method are given, and the feasibility of the method is verified.
