基于嵌入式系統(tǒng)的激光掃描檢測控制技術研究

【摘要】:隨著電子技術的快速發(fā)展,嵌入式系統(tǒng)已經(jīng)成為熱點,大量應用在工業(yè)設備以及家用電器當中。當今光電檢測技術逐漸向小型化、智能化、高效率方向發(fā)展,非接觸測量是檢測技術研究的主要內(nèi)容之一。本文使用AVR作為激光掃描檢測系統(tǒng)的主控制器,將掃描檢測技術與計算機技術結合。通過控制掃描光學系統(tǒng),光電接收器件,電子學處理系統(tǒng)和計算機處理系統(tǒng),將攜帶被測工件徑向直徑信息的光束進行接收、轉換、處理,從而實現(xiàn)了被測工件徑向尺寸的測量。 本文從嵌入式方面實現(xiàn)了掃描檢測系統(tǒng)小型化智能化設計,文中詳細論述了激光掃描檢測系統(tǒng)的檢測原理和方法,對轉鏡的掃描速度進行了分析,對掃描光束進行了整形設計,同時對激光掃描檢測系統(tǒng)的電路部分以及軟件部分進行了設計。從實驗結果可以看出,本文設計的檢測系統(tǒng)誤差在±2μ m內(nèi)。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of electronic technology, embedded system has become a hot spot, a large number of applications in industrial equipment and household appliances. Nowadays, photoelectric detection technology is developing towards miniaturization, intelligence and high efficiency. Non-contact measurement is one of the main contents of detection technology. In this paper, AVR is used as the main controller of laser scanning detection system, which combines scanning detection technology with computer technology. By controlling the scanning optical system, the photoelectric receiver, the electronic processing system and the computer processing system, the beam carrying the information of the radial diameter of the workpiece is received, converted and processed. Thus, the radial dimension of the workpiece is measured. In this paper, the miniaturization and intelligent design of scanning detection system is realized from the embedded aspect. The detection principle and method of laser scanning detection system are discussed in detail. The scanning speed of rotating mirror is analyzed, and the scanning beam is shaped and designed. At the same time, the circuit and software of the laser scanning detection system are designed. It can be seen from the experimental results that the error of the detection system designed in this paper is within 鹵2 渭 m.
