基于高性能計(jì)算環(huán)境的科學(xué)計(jì)算應(yīng)用平臺(tái)設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn)

【摘要】:為了提升高性能計(jì)算環(huán)境的易用性并降低使用門檻,本文提出了一種基于高性能計(jì)算環(huán)境的通用科學(xué)計(jì)算應(yīng)用平臺(tái)構(gòu)建方案,旨在為用戶提供更便捷、體驗(yàn)更友好、簡(jiǎn)單高效的科學(xué)計(jì)算服務(wù)。用戶通過訪問網(wǎng)頁即可輸入計(jì)算參數(shù)、提交任務(wù)、查看執(zhí)行結(jié)果并集中管理不同應(yīng)用的計(jì)算任務(wù)和歷史數(shù)據(jù),無需安裝相關(guān)工具或者記憶操作命令。該方案設(shè)計(jì)充分考慮了應(yīng)用間的差異性,擁有良好的擴(kuò)展性,易于部署和迭代,同時(shí)擁有良好的安全性。
[Abstract]:In order to improve the ease of use of high performance computing environment and reduce the threshold of use, this paper proposes a general scientific computing application platform based on high performance computing environment, which aims to provide users with more convenient and more friendly experience. Simple and efficient scientific computing service. Users can input calculation parameters, submit tasks, view the results of execution and centrally manage the computing tasks and historical data of different applications by visiting the web pages, and do not need to install related tools or memorize operation commands. The scheme takes into account the differences between applications, has good scalability, easy to deploy and iterative, and has good security.
