【摘要】：隨著虛擬現(xiàn)實(shí)技術(shù)的發(fā)展,三維鼠標(biāo)的應(yīng)用將更加廣泛,本文對(duì)基于Delta機(jī)構(gòu)的三維鼠標(biāo)設(shè)計(jì)理論進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)研究,完成了以下工作： (1)本文通過螺旋理論對(duì)Delta機(jī)構(gòu)做了自由度分析,避免了自由度計(jì)算中因過約束的存在Kutzbach-Gruble公式計(jì)算不準(zhǔn)確的問題,同時(shí)應(yīng)用螺旋理論對(duì)確定自由度的類型也避免了李代數(shù)和群論的復(fù)雜,簡易準(zhǔn)確,具有廣泛的推廣意義。 (2)應(yīng)用解析法中矢量代數(shù)法與消元法相結(jié)合的方法對(duì)Delta機(jī)構(gòu)運(yùn)動(dòng)學(xué)反解進(jìn)行分析,用解析法中的矩陣法對(duì)Delta機(jī)構(gòu)運(yùn)動(dòng)學(xué)正解進(jìn)行分析,有效的避開了解析法數(shù)學(xué)推導(dǎo)復(fù)雜的缺點(diǎn),簡單而快速。 (3)根據(jù)并聯(lián)機(jī)構(gòu)的運(yùn)動(dòng)特點(diǎn),推導(dǎo)出三自由度Delta并聯(lián)機(jī)構(gòu)的Jacobian矩陣。之后對(duì)其速度和加速度進(jìn)行了分析,最后做了Adams仿真。通過速度和加速度對(duì)應(yīng)的曲線關(guān)系,體現(xiàn)出輸入對(duì)輸出的影響。在對(duì)Delta機(jī)構(gòu)反解推導(dǎo)的基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)機(jī)構(gòu)的工作空間進(jìn)行了分析,給出了Matlab仿真實(shí)例。 (4)對(duì)Delta并聯(lián)機(jī)構(gòu)的奇異性、靈巧度、條件數(shù)、各向同性等問題進(jìn)行了分析,為三維鼠標(biāo)的結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)提供了理論基礎(chǔ)。 (5)在對(duì)三維鼠標(biāo)機(jī)械本體Delta機(jī)構(gòu)進(jìn)行理論分析之后,設(shè)計(jì)了三維鼠標(biāo)的結(jié)構(gòu)模型,選用旋轉(zhuǎn)電位器作為傳感元件,利用其角度值與電壓值唯一對(duì)應(yīng)且無需判斷旋轉(zhuǎn)方向的優(yōu)點(diǎn),使電路設(shè)計(jì)更加簡單,成本低,鼠標(biāo)分辨率高。 本課題的研究成果能夠應(yīng)用于娛樂、機(jī)器人仿真、醫(yī)學(xué)、工業(yè)等諸多領(lǐng)域,如三維操作系統(tǒng)的輸入設(shè)備、各種游戲類、模擬類虛擬場(chǎng)景的三維控制、機(jī)器人主從控制系統(tǒng)、飛行器仿真、手術(shù)控制等。
[Abstract]:With the development of virtual reality technology, the application of 3D mouse will be more extensive. In this paper, the design theory of 3D mouse based on Delta mechanism is studied in detail. The following works have been accomplished: (1) in this paper, the degree of freedom of Delta mechanism is analyzed by spiral theory, which avoids the problem of inaccuracy of Kutzbach-Gruble formula in the calculation of freedom due to over-constraint. At the same time, the use of helical theory to determine the type of freedom also avoids the complexity of lie algebra and group theory, and is simple and accurate. (2) the inverse kinematics solution of Delta mechanism is analyzed by the combination of vector algebra method and elimination method in analytic method, and the forward kinematic solution of Delta mechanism is analyzed by matrix method in analytic method. It effectively avoids the complex shortcomings of analytical mathematical derivation, and is simple and fast. (3) according to the kinematic characteristics of parallel mechanism, the Jacobian matrix of 3-DOF Delta parallel mechanism is derived. Then the velocity and acceleration are analyzed, and finally Adams simulation is done. Through the curve relation between velocity and acceleration, the effect of input on output is shown. On the basis of deducing the inverse solution of Delta mechanism, the workspace of the mechanism is analyzed, and an example of Matlab simulation is given. (4) the singularity, dexterity, condition number and isotropy of Delta parallel mechanism are analyzed. It provides a theoretical basis for the structural design of 3D mouse. (5) after theoretical analysis of the 3D mouse mechanical Delta mechanism, the structural model of 3D mouse is designed, and the rotating potentiometer is selected as the sensing element. The advantages of unique correspondence between angle value and voltage value and no need to judge the rotation direction are used to make the circuit design simpler, lower cost and higher mouse resolution. The research results of this subject can be applied to many fields such as entertainment, robot simulation, medicine, industry and so on, such as the input equipment of 3D operating system, all kinds of games, the 3D control of virtual scene of analog class, the master-slave control system of robot, etc. Aircraft simulation, surgical control, etc.
