【摘要】：廣泛應用于健康醫(yī)療領域的可穿戴技術,已成為智慧健康、智慧醫(yī)療的重要組成部分,但健康醫(yī)療可穿戴設備的數(shù)據(jù)隱私安全問題一直備受關注,且亟待解決。為了解健康醫(yī)療可穿戴設備數(shù)據(jù)安全與隱私保護的發(fā)展情況,分析了健康醫(yī)療可穿戴設備數(shù)據(jù)、數(shù)據(jù)隱私特點,并與傳統(tǒng)醫(yī)療數(shù)據(jù)隱私的特點進行對比,總結了國內(nèi)外的相關研究及部分法律,對國內(nèi)外研究經(jīng)驗和不足進展、進行了對比分析,以期為構建健康醫(yī)療可穿戴設備數(shù)據(jù)安全與隱私保護的機制提供參考。
[Abstract]:Wearable technology, which is widely used in the field of health care, has become an important part of intelligent health and intelligent medicine. However, the issue of data privacy security of health care wearable devices has been paid close attention to, and needs to be solved urgently. In order to understand the development of data security and privacy protection of health care wearable devices, the characteristics of data privacy and data privacy of health care wearable devices were analyzed and compared with the traditional medical data privacy. This paper summarizes the relevant research and some laws at home and abroad, and makes a comparative analysis of the domestic and foreign research experiences and deficiencies, in order to provide a reference for the construction of the mechanism of data security and privacy protection for health and medical wearable devices.
