一種并聯(lián)式3D打印機(jī)的設(shè)計(jì)與制造

【摘要】:研究并聯(lián)式3D打印機(jī)的結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)。傳統(tǒng)的3D打印機(jī)通過XYZ三軸導(dǎo)軌的運(yùn)動(dòng),控制打印頭將打印材料層疊起來形成空間模型;并聯(lián)式3D打印機(jī)采用Delta并聯(lián)機(jī)器人結(jié)構(gòu),由三根并聯(lián)臂帶動(dòng)動(dòng)平臺(tái),最終實(shí)現(xiàn)打印機(jī)噴頭輸出三個(gè)移動(dòng)自由度。對(duì)并聯(lián)式3D打印機(jī)的工作空間進(jìn)行了理論建模,在adams下對(duì)其運(yùn)動(dòng)進(jìn)行了仿真,對(duì)打印機(jī)的電氣控制部分進(jìn)行了設(shè)計(jì)。通過制造樣機(jī)進(jìn)行實(shí)驗(yàn),驗(yàn)證了理論分析,并得出結(jié)論。并聯(lián)式3D打印機(jī)具有更高的打印速度和精度,對(duì)零件的批量生產(chǎn)具有重要的意義。
[Abstract]:The structure design of parallel 3D printer is studied. The traditional 3D printer uses the movement of XYZ three-axis guideway to control the printing head to stack the printing material to form a spatial model, and the parallel 3D printer adopts the Delta parallel robot structure, which is driven by three parallel arms. Finally, the printer nozzle output three moving degrees of freedom. The workspace of parallel 3D printer is modeled theoretically, its motion is simulated under adams, and the electrical control part of printer is designed. The theoretical analysis is verified by the experiment of the prototype and the conclusion is drawn. Parallel 3D printer has higher printing speed and precision, which is of great significance to mass production of parts.
