中等職業(yè)學(xué)校計算機專業(yè)“技能型”課程體系研究

【摘要】:近幾年,中等職業(yè)學(xué)校計算機專業(yè)飛速發(fā)展,早已進(jìn)入熱門專業(yè)之列。據(jù)不完全統(tǒng)計,計算機類專業(yè)的學(xué)生約占中等職業(yè)學(xué)校學(xué)生總數(shù)的20%。但中等職業(yè)學(xué)校計算機專業(yè)畢業(yè)生普遍出現(xiàn)了“方向不清、崗位不明、技能不強、不受歡迎”的現(xiàn)象。因此,深入研究中等職業(yè)學(xué)校計算機專業(yè)發(fā)展瓶頸,客觀剖析其根本原因,對促進(jìn)中等職業(yè)學(xué)校計算機專業(yè)的發(fā)展以及平衡社會人才需求結(jié)構(gòu)具有一定啟示意義。 本文內(nèi)容主要包括以下三方面: 第一,研究背景及選題原因。當(dāng)前我國計算機人才市場供求矛盾日益突出,大量初、中級計算機應(yīng)用技術(shù)人才普遍缺乏。深入剖析其原因,與當(dāng)前的課程體系設(shè)置息息相關(guān)。本章闡述了選題目的、研究意義及研究方法,并對國內(nèi)外有關(guān)計算機專業(yè)的課程體系現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行回顧和總結(jié)。 第二,現(xiàn)狀分析。選取5所中等職業(yè)學(xué)校計算機專業(yè)教師和在校學(xué)生作為調(diào)查對象,同時對學(xué)校計算機專業(yè)系主任和招生就業(yè)負(fù)責(zé)人進(jìn)行了開放式訪談。此外,對11家企業(yè)的負(fù)責(zé)人進(jìn)行關(guān)于人才需求的問卷調(diào)查。通過走訪調(diào)查,全面掌握了當(dāng)前中等職業(yè)學(xué)校計算機專業(yè)課程體系的設(shè)置現(xiàn)狀,深層次地剖析問題存在的原因。 第三,課程體系構(gòu)建。根據(jù)調(diào)查結(jié)論,從理論層面初步設(shè)計以“技能訓(xùn)練”為核心的中等職業(yè)學(xué)校計算機專業(yè)“技能型”課程體系。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the computer major in secondary vocational schools has developed rapidly and has already entered the list of hot majors. According to incomplete statistics, the students of computer majors account for 20%. of the total number of students in secondary vocational schools, but the graduates of computer major in secondary vocational schools generally appear "unclear direction, unidentified posts, poor skills, unwelcome". Therefore, it is of great significance to study the bottleneck of the development of the computer specialty in secondary vocational schools and to analyze the fundamental reasons for the development of the computer major in secondary vocational schools and to balance the structure of the social talent demand.
The main contents of this paper include the following three aspects:
The first, the research background and the reasons for the topic. At present, the contradiction between supply and demand of the computer talent market is becoming more and more prominent, and a large number of primary and secondary computer application technicians are generally lacking. The reasons are deeply analyzed and the current curriculum system is closely related. This chapter expounds the purpose of the topic, research significance and research methods, and the related calculation at home and abroad. The present situation of the curriculum system is reviewed and summarized.
Second, the current situation analysis. Selected 5 secondary vocational schools computer professional teachers and students as the investigation object, at the same time to the school computer professional department director and the recruitment and employment of the head of the open interview. In addition, the 11 enterprises responsible for personnel needs of the questionnaire survey. Through the interview survey, comprehensive master At present, the current situation of computer professional curriculum system in secondary vocational schools is analyzed, and the reasons for the problems are deeply analyzed.
Third, the construction of the curriculum system. According to the conclusion of the survey, the curriculum system of "skill type" in the computer major of secondary vocational schools is designed primarily at the level of "skill training" from the theoretical level.
