【摘要】:發(fā)光二極管(Light Emitting Diode, LED)是20世紀(jì)末出現(xiàn)的新型照明光源,在節(jié)約能源、保護(hù)環(huán)境方面性能突出。由于LED不能直接由電網(wǎng)供電,點(diǎn)亮LED的驅(qū)動(dòng)電源成為重要的研究課題,基于開關(guān)電源技術(shù)設(shè)計(jì)的LED驅(qū)動(dòng)電源在工程應(yīng)用中顯示出了強(qiáng)大的競爭力。通過研究可編程器件作為LED驅(qū)動(dòng)電路中核心的開關(guān)信號(hào)發(fā)生器,可以更好的滿足高集成度、簡單外圍電路、數(shù)字化控制等性能特點(diǎn)。 本文針對(duì)可編程器件C51系列單片機(jī)作為LED驅(qū)動(dòng)電路中的核心控制芯片,,研究了單片機(jī)作為LED驅(qū)動(dòng)電源的脈沖寬度調(diào)制(PWM)信號(hào)發(fā)生器,以及單片機(jī)為處理器的后級(jí)數(shù)字化控制方法。闡述了單片機(jī)的硬件電路工作原理和LED驅(qū)動(dòng)相關(guān)技術(shù)。介紹了如何通過軟件方法來控制脈沖寬度調(diào)制信號(hào)達(dá)到調(diào)節(jié)驅(qū)動(dòng)電源輸出的目的。分析了LED驅(qū)動(dòng)的設(shè)計(jì)需求以及相關(guān)安全規(guī)章標(biāo)準(zhǔn),給出了搭建電源硬件電路和單片機(jī)最小系統(tǒng)電路的具體方法,設(shè)計(jì)了基于C51系列單片機(jī)的軟件控制方法,實(shí)現(xiàn)了以C51系列單片機(jī)為脈沖寬度調(diào)制信號(hào)發(fā)生器的大功率LED驅(qū)動(dòng)設(shè)計(jì)。 基于可編程器件單片機(jī)技術(shù)的LED驅(qū)動(dòng)系統(tǒng)測試表明,正確的設(shè)計(jì)主電源電路結(jié)構(gòu),合理的控制脈沖寬度調(diào)制信號(hào)以及正確的后級(jí)采樣反饋可以完成穩(wěn)定可靠的LED驅(qū)動(dòng)的電源設(shè)計(jì),提升工作效率,并且具有可擴(kuò)展外部接口功能。達(dá)到了論文設(shè)計(jì)的目的要求。
[Abstract]:Light emitting Diode (LED) is a new type of lighting source which appeared at the end of the 20th century. It has outstanding performance in saving energy and protecting environment. Since LED can not be directly powered by power grid, it is an important research topic to light up LED driving power supply. The LED driving power supply based on switching power supply technology has shown a strong competitiveness in engineering applications. By studying the programmable device as the core switch signal generator in LED driving circuit, it can better meet the characteristics of high integration, simple peripheral circuit, digital control and so on. In this paper, aiming at the programmable device C51 series single chip microcomputer as the core control chip in the LED driving circuit, the pulse width modulation PWM) signal generator used by the single chip microcomputer as the LED driving power supply is studied in this paper. And the microprocessor as the processor of the subsequent digital control method. The working principle of hardware circuit and LED driving technology are described. This paper introduces how to control the pulse width modulation signal by software to adjust the output of driving power supply. In this paper, the design requirements of LED drive and related safety regulations are analyzed. The specific methods of building the hardware circuit of power supply and the minimum system circuit of single chip microcomputer are given, and the software control method based on C51 series single chip microcomputer is designed. The design of high power LED driver with C51 series single chip microcomputer as pulse width modulation signal generator is realized. The LED drive system test based on programmable device single-chip computer technology shows that the main power supply circuit structure is designed correctly. Reasonable control pulse width modulation signal and correct back stage sampling feedback can complete the power supply design of stable and reliable LED drive, improve working efficiency, and have the function of expandable external interface. Achieve the purpose of the paper design requirements.
