基于ARM的片式電感繞線機嵌入式控制系統(tǒng)的設計

【摘要】:人們對通訊、IT、消費類電子產品的需求推動了片式電感制造業(yè)的迅猛發(fā)展,片式電感的需求量在每年數(shù)百億只以上。然而片式電感外形多變、制程復雜的特點使得它很難象其它片式元器件那樣形成大規(guī)模的自動化生產,至今仍然停留在勞動密集型的手工生產或者半自動生產階段,其生產效率低下,質量難以保證。 研制一套具有完全知識產權、自動化程度高、工作可靠的繞線型片式電感器自動化生產裝備,將片式電感器件的供料、定位、裝夾、繞線、焊接等功能集成在一臺機器上,實現(xiàn)該種片式電感器的自動化生產。 該裝備主要由電機來控制自動供料機構、頂料裝置、定位裝央機構、繞線機構、排線機構、焊接機構。硬件方面采用嵌入式ARM主控板,利用PWM電路控制繞線機工作臺的Z方向的焊接電機上下和左右方向的移動,實現(xiàn)焊接電機的精確定位;并控制儲線環(huán)送線速度;它還通過中斷接口對定位裝央機構、送斷線壓塊、卸料噴嘴等輔助機構中各氣缸電磁閥;焊接軸、繞線軸的傳感器;焊接軸、引線軸的限位開關進行控制。設計運動控制器通過控制兩個伺服電機來實現(xiàn)繞線軸和排線軸X、Y方向的的聯(lián)動控制、完成插補動作,實現(xiàn)漆包線的繞制;用觸摸屏作為設備的主要控制面板及顯示終端,用來進行工藝參數(shù)的設定以及工作狀態(tài)的選擇或監(jiān)控。 軟件設計方面,將嵌入式實時操作系統(tǒng)μC/OS-Ⅱ移植到ARM處理器S3C44BOX上,并編寫了系統(tǒng)的啟動代碼;對繞線機每個軸的運動控制的各個功能模塊,編寫了運動控制的API函數(shù)庫。應用程序通過調用API函數(shù)庫,可設計出完成繞線工作的控制系統(tǒng)。
[Abstract]:The demand for ITT and consumer electronic products has promoted the rapid development of chip inductor manufacturing industry. The demand for chip inductors is more than 10 billion each year. However, the variable shape of chip inductor and complicated process make it difficult to form large-scale automatic production like other chip components, and still remain at the stage of labor-intensive manual production or semi-automatic production. Its production efficiency is low, the quality is difficult to guarantee. A set of automatic production equipment of winding type inductor with complete intellectual property right, high degree of automation and reliable operation is developed. The functions of feeding, positioning, clamping, winding and welding of chip inductors are integrated on a single machine. The automatic production of the chip inductor is realized. The equipment is mainly controlled by motor automatic feeding mechanism, top material device, positioning center mechanism, winding mechanism, wire arrangement mechanism, welding mechanism. The embedded arm main control board is used in hardware, PWM circuit is used to control the movement of welding motor in Z direction of winding machine worktable, to realize the precise positioning of welding motor, and to control the wire feeding speed of storage loop. It also controls the solenoid valve of the cylinder in the auxiliary mechanism of locating the center mechanism, the breaking line pressing block, the discharging nozzle, the sensor of the welding shaft and the winding axis, and the limit switch of the welding shaft and lead shaft through the interrupt interface. The motion controller is designed to control two servomotors to realize the linkage control of the winding axis and the wiring axis XY direction, to complete the interpolation action, to realize the winding of the enamelled wire, and to use the touch screen as the main control panel and display terminal of the equipment.
