【摘要】：大幅面掃描儀作為一種常見的大型計算機輸入設(shè)備，有著重要的市場和研究價值，追求高質(zhì)量、高速度、高精度的掃描一直是它所追求的目標。 本文通過介紹大幅面掃描儀的組成，并結(jié)合一些先進的技術(shù)，提出了一種可靠的高速大幅面掃描儀控制系統(tǒng)設(shè)計方案。在新的設(shè)計中，首先采用三層結(jié)構(gòu)，，將耗時的數(shù)據(jù)處理放在嵌入式Linux層中進行，從而使得低配置的PC機也能夠使用掃描儀進行掃描；其次采用高性能的GL847掃描控制器，為設(shè)計高質(zhì)量、高速度的掃描儀打下了基礎(chǔ)；再次引入并行的設(shè)計思想，使多路CCD控制器的掃描和圖像數(shù)據(jù)的網(wǎng)絡(luò)傳輸并行工作，從而彌補了長期以來采用串行掃描方式帶來的速度低下的缺點。最后根據(jù)校正的理論，設(shè)計出一套適應(yīng)該掃描儀系統(tǒng)的校正方法。 實驗證明，采用該設(shè)計方案的大幅面掃描儀在各項技術(shù)指標上都表現(xiàn)的比較理想。
[Abstract]:As a common large computer input equipment, large format scanner has important market value and research value. The goal of large format scanner is to pursue high quality, high speed and high precision scanning. By introducing the composition of large format scanner and combining some advanced technology, a reliable design scheme of high speed and large format scanner control system is presented in this paper. In the new design, a three-layer structure is adopted first, and the time-consuming data processing is carried out in the embedded Linux layer, so that the low-configuration PC can also use the scanner for scanning; secondly, the high performance GL847 scanning controller is used. It lays the foundation for the design of high quality and high speed scanner, and introduces the parallel design idea to make the scan of multi-channel CCD controller and the network transmission of image data parallel work. This makes up for the low speed caused by serial scanning for a long time. Finally, according to the correction theory, a set of calibration methods for the scanner system is designed. The experiment proves that the large format scanner with this design is ideal in every technical index.
