【摘要】：科研項目管理是對以科研項目形式進行的科研活動全過程管理,是一項復(fù)雜的知識運動過程。知識管理不僅是科研項目生命周期管理中重要環(huán)節(jié),也是實現(xiàn)科研項目資源整體增值的有效方法,對提高企業(yè)的綜合競爭實力具有重要意義。針對科研項目過程中的知識管理存在著知識獲取和知識共享效率不高的問題,應(yīng)用云計算技術(shù),首先建立科研項目過程文檔數(shù)據(jù)庫,將項目基本信息、人員信息和過程文檔等進行有效關(guān)聯(lián),然后對項目綜合信息進行知識挖掘,形成項目信息的交互式知識網(wǎng)格,在此基礎(chǔ)之上,提出基于云計算的科研項目管理平臺構(gòu)建方案,實現(xiàn)科研項目過程中的知識充分獲取和高效共享。實際應(yīng)用效果表明,該平臺構(gòu)建方案具可行性,顯著提高了科研項目管理信息化水平。
[Abstract]:Scientific research project management is the management of the whole process of scientific research activities in the form of scientific research projects. It is a complex process of knowledge movement. Knowledge management is not only an important link in the life cycle management of scientific research projects, but also an effective method to realize the overall value-added of scientific research projects. It is of great significance to improve the comprehensive competitive strength of enterprises. In view of the problem of low efficiency of knowledge acquisition and knowledge sharing in knowledge management in the process of scientific research projects, this paper applies cloud computing technology to establish the process document database of scientific research projects, and to make the basic information of the projects. Personnel information and process documents are effectively connected, and then the comprehensive information of the project is mined to form an interactive knowledge grid of project information. On this basis, a project management platform based on cloud computing is proposed. To realize the full acquisition and efficient sharing of knowledge in the process of scientific research projects. The practical application results show that the platform is feasible and can improve the level of scientific research project management information.
