倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)系統(tǒng)移動(dòng)管理終端的設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn)

【摘要】:倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)管理是一項(xiàng)比較繁重的工作,傳統(tǒng)的的倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)管理大都是人工操作,對(duì)倉(cāng)庫(kù)的考核也只是簡(jiǎn)單的定性在庫(kù)房利用率、出入庫(kù)差錯(cuò)率以及貨物完整率上。而對(duì)于貨物流向及何時(shí)何地實(shí)現(xiàn)其利用價(jià)值的管理則關(guān)注過(guò)少。傳統(tǒng)的倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)企業(yè)在管理價(jià)值和管理時(shí)間利用率等領(lǐng)域更無(wú)涉足,現(xiàn)代物流在供應(yīng)鏈上不斷發(fā)展使得這些傳統(tǒng)的管理理念已經(jīng)無(wú)法跟上時(shí)代步伐,新的倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)管理理念及考核標(biāo)準(zhǔn)需要適應(yīng)市場(chǎng)變化。為此物流企業(yè)在管理倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)時(shí)要注意引進(jìn)先進(jìn)的管理技術(shù),減少因人為性、隨意性而對(duì)企業(yè)造成的經(jīng)濟(jì)損失,與此同時(shí)企業(yè)也要在管理上為商戶(hù)體現(xiàn)出更深層次的服務(wù),為其提供一個(gè)良好的平臺(tái)。 本課題設(shè)計(jì)是基于Windows CE平臺(tái)下移動(dòng)終端在倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)管理中的設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn)。本系統(tǒng)以武漢某物流企業(yè)的倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)管理為背景,對(duì)該企業(yè)的倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)管理操作流程作出了需求分析,設(shè)計(jì)結(jié)合了計(jì)算機(jī)網(wǎng)絡(luò)相關(guān)技術(shù),實(shí)現(xiàn)一套功能完善、成本低的自動(dòng)化的無(wú)線倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)管理的系統(tǒng)解決方案,從而實(shí)現(xiàn)倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)系統(tǒng)的無(wú)線自動(dòng)化信息管理。系統(tǒng)分為兩個(gè)部分:一部分是系統(tǒng)的軟件部分,利用ThinkPHP框架實(shí)現(xiàn)了倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)系統(tǒng)的開(kāi)發(fā),通過(guò)使用手持終端設(shè)備上的Windows CE操作系統(tǒng)的IE瀏覽器來(lái)對(duì)貨物進(jìn)倉(cāng)、出倉(cāng)、盤(pán)點(diǎn)等操作的管理;另一部分是移動(dòng)終端部分,采用了三星的Mini2440基于ARM處理器的硬件平臺(tái),在平臺(tái)上實(shí)現(xiàn)了移植并運(yùn)行Windows CE 5.0嵌入式操作系統(tǒng)。 本課題系統(tǒng)還處于實(shí)驗(yàn)室產(chǎn)品階段,,系統(tǒng)的穩(wěn)定性和可靠性有待進(jìn)一步提高。
[Abstract]:Warehousing management is a relatively heavy work, the traditional warehouse management is mostly manual operation, the assessment of warehouse is only a simple qualitative on the warehouse utilization rate, input-in-stock error rate and complete rate of goods. Too little attention is paid to the management of the flow of goods and when and where to realize their utilization value. Traditional warehousing enterprises have no involvement in the fields of management value and utilization of management time, and the continuous development of modern logistics in the supply chain makes these traditional management concepts can not keep up with the pace of the times. New warehouse management concepts and assessment standards need to adapt to market changes. For this reason, logistics enterprises should pay attention to the introduction of advanced management techniques in the management of warehousing, reduce the economic losses caused to enterprises by artificial and arbitrary nature, and at the same time, enterprises should also provide a deeper level of service to merchants in management. Provide a good platform for it. The design of this subject is based on Windows CE platform mobile terminal in storage management design and implementation. This system takes the warehouse management of a logistics enterprise in Wuhan as the background, makes the demand analysis to the warehouse management operation flow of the enterprise, designs and combines the computer network correlation technology, realizes a set of function consummation, Low cost automatic wireless warehouse management system solution to achieve storage system wireless automated information management. The system is divided into two parts: one is the software part of the system, using the ThinkPHP framework to realize the development of the warehousing system, through the use of Windows CE operating system on the handheld terminal devices IE browser to enter and exit the goods, The other part is the mobile terminal part, which adopts the hardware platform of Samsung Mini2440 based on ARM processor, and realizes the porting and running of Windows CE 5.0 embedded operating system on the platform. The system is still in the stage of laboratory products, the stability and reliability of the system need to be further improved.
