嵌入式NAS的硬件設計與實現(xiàn)

【摘要】:數(shù)據(jù)是企業(yè)的財富,是企業(yè)的命脈,也是企業(yè)發(fā)展的見證。隨著移動互聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術的發(fā)展,電子商務平臺的全面推廣,人們的需求在不斷擴大,觀念也在改變。社交網(wǎng)站,網(wǎng)絡購物,數(shù)字圖書館,醫(yī)療衛(wèi)生系統(tǒng),這些都需要大量的存儲空間放置數(shù)碼圖片,影印資料,用戶信息等,在全民參與網(wǎng)絡活動的過程中使得數(shù)據(jù)以指數(shù)形式激增,對存儲更加依賴。NAS網(wǎng)絡存儲就應運而生了。 NAS作為文件服務器有著明顯的優(yōu)勢,它可以遠程訪問,多用戶跨平臺操作等特點;贗P網(wǎng)絡基礎設施的逐步完善,更有利于NAS的應用普及。本文介紹了適合于中小企業(yè)和家庭使用的NAS產(chǎn)品的硬件開發(fā)設計流程。首先介紹了NAS網(wǎng)絡存儲的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀及未來的發(fā)展趨勢;其次,介紹分析了現(xiàn)有網(wǎng)絡存儲設備,比較了ARM和X86結(jié)構(gòu)的優(yōu)缺點;再次,介紹了本產(chǎn)品的基本架構(gòu)組成:ARM處理器、DDR3存儲器、網(wǎng)絡控制器、SATA控制器、USB3.0控制器;其后對硬件設計做了詳細的闡述,包括原理圖設計、LAYOUT設計、電源設計、風扇設計等;最后對硬件的測試進行了講解,包括電源測試、信號測試、電磁兼容性測試、環(huán)境測試、可靠性測試等。 本文從硬件設計的角度出發(fā),將硬件設計過程詳盡展現(xiàn)。本著從用戶實際使用環(huán)境考慮,本產(chǎn)品將NAS和DAS功能結(jié)合到一起,使得產(chǎn)品更加方便的服務于用戶。
[Abstract]:The data is the wealth of the enterprise, is the lifeblood of the enterprise, also is the witness of the enterprise development. With the development of mobile Internet technology and the comprehensive promotion of e-commerce platform, people's demand is expanding and the concept is changing. Social networking sites, online shopping, digital libraries, medical and health systems, all of which require a lot of storage space for digital pictures, photocopying, user information, etc. In the process of all people participating in the network activities, the data increase exponentially, so the network storage is more dependent on the storage. NAS as a file server has obvious advantages, it can be accessed remotely, multi-user cross-platform operation and so on. The gradual improvement of IP-based network infrastructure is more conducive to the popularization of NAS applications. This paper introduces the hardware development and design process of NAS products suitable for small and medium-sized enterprises and families. Firstly, this paper introduces the development status and future trend of NAS network storage. Secondly, it analyzes the existing network storage devices, compares the advantages and disadvantages of ARM and X86 structures. This paper introduces the basic structure of this product, which is composed of DDR3 memory and SATA controller USB3.0, including schematic design, power supply design, fan design and so on. Finally, the hardware testing is explained, including power test, signal test, electromagnetic compatibility test, environment test, reliability test and so on. From the point of view of hardware design, this paper presents the process of hardware design in detail. In view of the actual use of the user environment, the product will combine NAS and DAS functions together, making the product more convenient to serve users.
