【摘要】:三維打印技術(shù)是目前最具有生命力的快速成型技術(shù)之一,適用于機械工程、電子工程、生物醫(yī)學(xué)領(lǐng)域的新產(chǎn)品開發(fā)。作為一種經(jīng)濟型快速成型技術(shù),它具有成本低系統(tǒng)可靠性高設(shè)備體積小噪聲小成型速度快等優(yōu)點,且產(chǎn)品材料和顏色可多樣化,具有巨大的應(yīng)用潛能和廣闊的市場前景。 本文針對制約三維打印技術(shù)發(fā)展的高粘度、高密度液體噴射成形問題,研究了其噴射驅(qū)動的關(guān)鍵技術(shù)。首先,研究了微壓電打印頭的工作原理及驅(qū)動時序,給出了一種基于FPGA的噴頭控制方法。其次,提出了一種自適應(yīng)噴射驅(qū)動控制方法,通過壓電單元測出流道中的壓力變化,計算相應(yīng)的壓力波周期,并據(jù)此調(diào)整驅(qū)動脈寬,實現(xiàn)不同密度液體的噴射;在此基礎(chǔ)上,通過預(yù)估液滴的噴射速度并引入反饋控制策略調(diào)整驅(qū)動脈沖的幅值,,從而達(dá)到預(yù)計的噴射速度,實現(xiàn)高粘度,高密度液體的噴射。CFD仿真結(jié)果表明此方法的有效性。最后,設(shè)計了三維細(xì)胞打印的實驗裝置,并通過細(xì)胞打印實驗分析了影響細(xì)胞打印的幾個因素。
[Abstract]:Three dimensional printing technology is one of the most dynamic rapid prototyping technologies, which is suitable for the development of new products in the fields of mechanical engineering, electronic engineering and biomedicine. As an economical rapid prototyping technology, it has low cost. High system reliability? Small size? Low noise? It has many advantages, such as fast forming speed and diversified materials and colors. It has great application potential and broad market prospect. In order to solve the problem of high viscosity and high density liquid jet forming which restricts the development of 3D printing technology, the key technology of jet drive is studied in this paper. Firstly, the working principle and driving timing of micro piezoelectric printer are studied, and a control method of nozzle based on FPGA is presented. Secondly, an adaptive jet drive control method is proposed. The pressure change in the channel is measured by piezoelectric element, the corresponding pressure wave period is calculated, and the driving pulse width is adjusted accordingly to realize the liquid jet of different density. By predicting the spray velocity of the droplet and introducing the feedback control strategy to adjust the amplitude of the driving pulse, the predicted injection velocity is achieved, and the simulation results of high viscosity and high density liquid injection. CFD show the effectiveness of this method. Finally, an experimental device for three dimensional cell printing is designed, and several factors affecting cell printing are analyzed through cell printing experiments.
