藍(lán)泰科技互聯(lián)網(wǎng)數(shù)據(jù)中心大客戶營銷策略研究

【摘要】:隨著互聯(lián)網(wǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)的不斷發(fā)展,作為互聯(lián)網(wǎng)基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施的IDC(Internet DataCenter,互聯(lián)網(wǎng)數(shù)據(jù)中心),其發(fā)展也越來越受到互聯(lián)網(wǎng)行業(yè)經(jīng)營者的重視。當(dāng)前,IDC運(yùn)營商是在基礎(chǔ)資源受限制、競(jìng)爭(zhēng)環(huán)境惡劣、市場(chǎng)不對(duì)稱等不利條件下進(jìn)行經(jīng)營的,,如何采取有效的市場(chǎng)營銷策略解決IDC業(yè)務(wù)的生存發(fā)展問題具有重要意義。 藍(lán)泰科技互聯(lián)網(wǎng)數(shù)據(jù)中心是IBM在華組建的第一家以提供IT外包服務(wù)為主的合資公司。該數(shù)據(jù)中心由IBM設(shè)計(jì)并施工,是天津經(jīng)濟(jì)技術(shù)開發(fā)區(qū)心的核心IT基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施項(xiàng)目之一。本文就是在當(dāng)前時(shí)代背景下,利用相關(guān)理論,探討了藍(lán)泰科技互聯(lián)網(wǎng)數(shù)據(jù)中心的業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展策略。 本文首先介紹了藍(lán)泰科技互聯(lián)網(wǎng)數(shù)據(jù)中心的基本情況,闡述了IDC業(yè)務(wù)的定義、業(yè)務(wù)優(yōu)勢(shì)、業(yè)務(wù)種類、業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展等。其次,通過對(duì)IDC市場(chǎng)的系統(tǒng)分析,闡述了IDC運(yùn)營商類型,并對(duì)IDC用戶市場(chǎng)進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)劃分。接著,針對(duì)藍(lán)泰科技互聯(lián)網(wǎng)數(shù)據(jù)中心,借助競(jìng)爭(zhēng)對(duì)手分析模型進(jìn)行了外部環(huán)境分析;從基礎(chǔ)資源、產(chǎn)品、價(jià)格、渠道、客戶類型、贏利能力等方面進(jìn)行了企業(yè)內(nèi)部環(huán)境分析;并指出了企業(yè)發(fā)展中存在的一些問題。此基礎(chǔ)上,本文又運(yùn)用SWOT分析方法對(duì)藍(lán)泰科技互聯(lián)網(wǎng)數(shù)據(jù)中心進(jìn)行了深入研究,確定其核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力。 在以上分析基礎(chǔ)之上,本文最終提出了適合藍(lán)泰科技互聯(lián)網(wǎng)數(shù)據(jù)中心業(yè)務(wù)特點(diǎn)的大客戶組合營銷策略,為藍(lán)泰科技互聯(lián)網(wǎng)數(shù)據(jù)中心解決了如何定位目標(biāo)市場(chǎng)和如何取得競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì)的問題。藍(lán)泰科技互聯(lián)網(wǎng)數(shù)據(jù)中心必須集中力量面向目標(biāo)市場(chǎng),采取產(chǎn)品、價(jià)格差異化戰(zhàn)略,積極開發(fā)和拓展增值服務(wù),從而在IDC市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)中保持持續(xù)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力。
[Abstract]:With the continuous development of Internet economy, IDC(Internet data Center, as an Internet infrastructure, has been paid more and more attention to by Internet industry operators. At present, IDC operators are operating under the unfavorable conditions such as limited basic resources, adverse competitive environment, asymmetric market, etc. It is of great significance to adopt effective marketing strategies to solve the problem of survival and development of IDC business. Lantai Technology Internet data Center is IBM's first joint venture to provide IT outsourcing services in China. The data center, designed and constructed by IBM, is one of the core IT infrastructure projects in TEDA. Under the background of the present era, this paper discusses the business development strategy of Lantai Internet data Center by using relevant theories. This paper first introduces the basic situation of Lantai Science and Technology Internet data Center, and expounds the definition of IDC service, service advantages, service types, business development and so on. Secondly, through the systematic analysis of IDC market, this paper expounds the types of IDC operators, and classifies the IDC user market in detail. Then, the external environment is analyzed with the help of competitors' analysis model, and the internal environment is analyzed from the aspects of basic resources, products, prices, channels, customer types, profitability and so on. Some problems in the development of enterprises are pointed out. On this basis, this paper also uses the SWOT analysis method to carry on the thorough research to the Lantai Science and Technology Internet data Center, determines its core competitiveness. On the basis of the above analysis, this paper finally puts forward the key account combination marketing strategy suitable for the business characteristics of Lantai Technology Internet data Center. It solves the problem of how to locate the target market and how to obtain the competitive advantage for Lantai Technology Internet data Center. Lantai Internet data Center must focus on the target market, adopt the strategy of product and price differentiation, actively develop and expand value-added services, so as to maintain sustainable competitiveness in the market competition of IDC.
