基于單片機(jī)的QCM檢測系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計與實(shí)現(xiàn)

【摘要】:設(shè)計一種以STC89C52RC為控制核心的高精度可調(diào)便攜式QCM檢測系統(tǒng)。系統(tǒng)包括石英晶體多諧振蕩、頻率處理、單片機(jī)控制、RS 232通信等模塊,使用石英晶體多諧振蕩模塊完成晶振片的驅(qū)動、頻率選擇、整形,輸出信號經(jīng)頻率處理模塊處理后交給單片機(jī)控制模塊計數(shù)并顯示,RS 232通信模塊實(shí)現(xiàn)單片機(jī)與計算機(jī)之間數(shù)據(jù)傳輸。與現(xiàn)有的檢測裝置相比硬件方面濾波器設(shè)置為巴特沃茲三階可調(diào)帶通濾波器,通過調(diào)節(jié)其中心頻率可滿足多種頻率晶振片需要,在軟件設(shè)計中加入溫度控制機(jī)制進(jìn)一步提高了系統(tǒng)的穩(wěn)定性,測量誤差僅為0.03%,且成本低、攜帶方便,達(dá)到了設(shè)計要求。
[Abstract]:A high precision and adjustable portable QCM detection system based on STC89C52RC is designed. The system includes quartz crystal multi-harmonic oscillation, frequency processing, single-chip microcomputer control RS232 communication module, using quartz crystal multi-harmonic oscillation module to complete the drive, frequency selection, shaping, etc. The output signal is processed by the frequency processing module and passed to the control module of the single chip microcomputer to count and display the RS232 communication module to realize the data transmission between the single chip computer and the computer. Compared with the existing detection devices, the hardware aspect filter is set as the Butterworth third-order tunable band-pass filter, which can meet the needs of various frequency wafers by adjusting its central frequency. The stability of the system is further improved by adding the temperature control mechanism in the software design. The measuring error is only 0.033.And the cost is low, the carrying is convenient, and the design requirements are met.
