【摘要】:總結(jié)了對數(shù)據(jù)中心冷卻失效引起的溫升研究成果,并進(jìn)行了基本結(jié)論的推導(dǎo),給出了數(shù)據(jù)中心傳熱模型的描述方程式。應(yīng)用6SigmaDC軟件對一個(gè)100m~2的數(shù)據(jù)機(jī)房進(jìn)行了3D建模和CFD仿真,模擬其冷卻失效后的機(jī)房溫升情況。基本結(jié)論為:數(shù)據(jù)中心的冷卻失效時(shí)間必須與數(shù)據(jù)中心的電源后備時(shí)間匹配,否則需設(shè)計(jì)專門的蓄冷裝置做一定時(shí)間(一般為15min)的冷源備份;在功率密度小于10kW/機(jī)柜時(shí),數(shù)據(jù)中心冷卻失效后引起的溫升速率與功率密度基本呈線性關(guān)系;數(shù)據(jù)中心冷卻失效引起的溫升在平均進(jìn)風(fēng)溫度達(dá)到80℃前,溫升速率基本恒定。
[Abstract]:The research results of temperature rise caused by cooling failure of data center are summarized, and the basic conclusions are deduced, and the description equation of data center heat transfer model is given. The 3D modeling and CFD simulation of a 100m~2 data room are carried out by using 6SigmaDC software, and the temperature rise of the computer room after cooling failure is simulated. The basic conclusions are as follows: the cooling failure time of the data center must match the backup time of the power supply in the data center, otherwise it is necessary to design a special cold storage device to make a backup of the cold source for a certain time (usually 15 minutes), and when the power density is less than the 10kW/ cabinet, The temperature rise rate caused by the data center cooling failure is basically linear to the power density, and the temperature rise caused by the data center cooling failure is almost constant before the average inlet air temperature reaches 80 鈩,
