基于嵌入式技術(shù)的電針儀研制

【摘要】:隨著低成本醫(yī)療和健康技術(shù)概念的提出,近年來各醫(yī)學(xué)科研機(jī)構(gòu)高度重視在非藥物治療技術(shù)方面的研究成果。而起源于我國的針灸,就是其中一項(xiàng)熱門技術(shù)。它本身具有許多優(yōu)點(diǎn):自然的療法、作用獨(dú)特、可以治療令許多西醫(yī)束手無措的疾病、操作容易、無副作用。然而傳統(tǒng)的灸療常會發(fā)生彎針、折針、暈針等不正,F(xiàn)象;還有許多不易針刺的穴位如神闕、乳中等;更重要的是傳統(tǒng)金屬針具稍有不慎就有可能造成血液傳染,F(xiàn)代針灸治療儀器,許多都是基于傳統(tǒng)中醫(yī)理論基礎(chǔ),再與計(jì)算機(jī)、微電子等多種技術(shù)結(jié)合開發(fā)的功能全面強(qiáng)大的智能化儀器,以無感染、無痛、無明顯禁忌穴、不暈針等優(yōu)點(diǎn)開始被廣泛的應(yīng)用于臨床治療上。本文研究的新型針灸治療儀基于單片機(jī)平臺并與腦電生物反饋原理和多模式調(diào)制脈寬技術(shù)相結(jié)合,具有許多傳統(tǒng)針灸治療儀無法比擬的優(yōu)點(diǎn),性能完善、智能、便捷,也彌補(bǔ)了通過簡單電子電路控制輸出固定規(guī)律的脈沖刺激會使患者的耐受性加強(qiáng)的不足。在對針灸、腦電生物反饋療法和多模式調(diào)制脈寬技術(shù)的產(chǎn)生和發(fā)展、現(xiàn)狀及存在的問題的介紹后,本文對目前市場上常見的幾種針灸治療儀進(jìn)行了研究分析,針對不足之處,再結(jié)合微電子技術(shù)和腦電生物反饋技術(shù),最終完成軟件、硬件部分的設(shè)計(jì)和實(shí)現(xiàn)。概括來講,首先是將各種數(shù)字格式存儲的數(shù)據(jù),通過TLV5616數(shù)模轉(zhuǎn)換芯片,將其轉(zhuǎn)換成模擬信號,再經(jīng)過采樣電路,調(diào)制輸出的脈沖寬度,輸出多種醫(yī)療脈沖,包括常見的醫(yī)療脈沖如鋸齒波、連續(xù)波、斷續(xù)波等,還有睡眠腦電信號——δ波和θ波,還可以輸出音樂脈沖。其中,睡眠腦電信號——δ波和θ波是采用小波變換算法從采集的EEG腦電數(shù)字信號中提取的。這些脈沖具有以下優(yōu)點(diǎn):脈沖頻率不固定,脈寬和脈沖幅度可通過工作參數(shù)調(diào)節(jié)。實(shí)驗(yàn)表明該治療儀輸出的醫(yī)療脈沖,滿足相關(guān)的醫(yī)療實(shí)驗(yàn)及安全保障。整個(gè)治療儀硬件電路簡潔、功耗低、可靠性高,支持USB數(shù)據(jù)傳輸、聲光報(bào)警、多路輸出接口。這些功能都是以往同類型治療儀所不具備的,而且該治療儀人機(jī)交互界面友好、操作方便、人性化,有廣泛的應(yīng)用前景。
[Abstract]:With the introduction of the concept of low-cost medical and health technology, medical research institutions have attached great importance to the research results of non-drug treatment technology in recent years. Acupuncture, which originated in China, is one of the most popular technologies. It has many advantages: natural therapy, unique role, can treat many Western medicine bewildered diseases, easy to operate, no side effects. However, the traditional moxibustion therapy often produces abnormal phenomena such as bending needle, folding needle, halo needle and so on; there are also many acupoints that are not easy to be needled, such as Shenque, milk medium; more importantly, if the traditional metal needle is slightly careless, it may cause blood infection. Many of the modern acupuncture and moxibustion therapy instruments are based on the traditional Chinese medicine theory and are developed in combination with computer, microelectronics and other technologies. They have a comprehensive and powerful intelligence instrument with no infection, no pain, no obvious contraindications. Non-halo needle and other advantages began to be widely used in clinical treatment. The new type of acupuncture and moxibustion therapeutic instrument studied in this paper is based on single chip microcomputer and combines with EEG biofeedback principle and multi-mode modulation pulse width technology. It has many advantages that can not be compared with the traditional acupuncture and moxibustion therapeutic instrument. It has perfect performance, intelligence and convenience. It also makes up for the deficiency that pulse stimulation controlled by simple electronic circuit can enhance patient's tolerance. After introducing the emergence, development, present situation and existing problems of acupuncture, EEG biofeedback therapy and multi-mode modulation pulse width technology, this paper studies and analyzes several kinds of acupuncture and moxibustion therapy instruments that are common in the market at present, aiming at the shortcomings. Finally, the software and hardware are designed and implemented with microelectronics and EEG biofeedback technology. To sum up, the first step is to convert the data stored in various digital formats into analog signals through the TLV5616 digital-to-analog conversion chip, and then, through sampling circuits, to modulate the pulse width of the output and output a variety of medical pulses. These include common medical pulses such as sawtooth waves, continuous waves, intermittent waves, and sleep EEG-未 and 胃 waves, as well as music pulses. Among them, sleep EEG-未 wave and 胃 wave are extracted from the collected EEG EEG digital signal by wavelet transform algorithm. These pulses have the following advantages: pulse frequency is not fixed, pulse width and pulse amplitude can be adjusted by working parameters. The experiment shows that the medical pulse output by the instrument can meet the needs of medical experiment and safety. The hardware circuit of the whole therapeutic instrument is simple, low power consumption, high reliability, supporting USB data transmission, acousto-optic alarm, and multi-output interface. These functions are not possessed by the same type of therapeutic instrument in the past, and the machine has a friendly interface, convenient operation, humanization, and has a wide application prospect.
