熔融沉積成型彩色3D打印機(jī)的研究

【摘要】:當(dāng)前基于FDM的3D打印機(jī)大部分只能使用一種顏色的耗材,因此打印件顏色單一。為了解決這一問題,在深入研究FDM 3D打印機(jī)工作原理的基礎(chǔ)上,設(shè)計(jì)一套彩色3D打印機(jī)擠出裝置,對(duì)普通切片軟件進(jìn)行了二次開發(fā),編寫了與擠出裝置相匹配的彩色切片插件,并進(jìn)行了樣機(jī)的試制與調(diào)試。通過打印試驗(yàn),驗(yàn)證了所設(shè)計(jì)的擠出裝置及彩色切片插件達(dá)到了設(shè)計(jì)要求,實(shí)現(xiàn)了彩色打印,為彩色3D打印技術(shù)的進(jìn)一步研究提供參考。
[Abstract]:At present, 3D printers based on FDM can only use one color of consumables, so the color of printed parts is single. In order to solve this problem, a set of color 3D printer extrusion device is designed on the basis of deeply studying the working principle of FDM 3D printer. The common slice software is redeveloped, and the color slicing plug-in matching with the extrusion device is compiled. The prototype is trial-produced and debugged. Through the printing test, it is verified that the extrusion device and the color chip plug-in have met the design requirements, and the color printing has been realized, which provides a reference for the further research of color 3D printing technology.
