【摘要】:自助體驗和便捷操作是打復(fù)印服務(wù)的發(fā)展趨勢,傳統(tǒng)的打印服務(wù)專注于集中式的專業(yè)服務(wù)模式,并未充分滿足用戶全方位的打印需求。同時管理者和經(jīng)營者也更加注重服務(wù)的便捷性和可控性,以此降低服務(wù)成本和管理成本。另一方面打印設(shè)備市場的競爭態(tài)勢也要求設(shè)備廠商不斷進行智能化和自助化的轉(zhuǎn)變。智能自助打印機服務(wù)系統(tǒng)是新技術(shù)、新需求和新模式刺激下產(chǎn)生的全新的產(chǎn)品和服務(wù)。在很多方面較于傳統(tǒng)模式的打印服務(wù)有著眾多優(yōu)點。研究這一新產(chǎn)品和模式的服務(wù)設(shè)計具有一定理論意義和現(xiàn)實意義。從理論角度講,產(chǎn)品設(shè)計和服務(wù)設(shè)計理論需要更加與各學(xué)科的理論知識緊密結(jié)合,并且應(yīng)該緊密的與實踐相結(jié)合相適應(yīng),特別是在智能科技和移動互聯(lián)網(wǎng)大力發(fā)展的當下,更應(yīng)該結(jié)合新的特征來,實現(xiàn)理論研究與現(xiàn)實發(fā)展的與時俱進。從現(xiàn)實意義上講,在新事物的產(chǎn)生和發(fā)展各個階段,需要研究其發(fā)展規(guī)律,并努力嘗試探索新的方法和更佳的模式,以期更好的展現(xiàn)新事物的亮點、避免和解決現(xiàn)實問題、改善其相關(guān)缺點,最終更好的服務(wù)于使用者。 本文通過通過圍繞智能自助打印機在智能理論、自助行為和服務(wù)設(shè)計等方面進行深入的理論研究,,結(jié)合各學(xué)科知識加以廣泛探討,使本文研究更加慎密和完整。最重要的是理論結(jié)合實際,作為已經(jīng)投放試點的企業(yè)項目,經(jīng)過長時間的使用反饋和調(diào)研,不僅為論文寫作提供了重要現(xiàn)實依據(jù),也為研究成果提供落地測試的條件,使研究更具有現(xiàn)實意義和說服力;趯Ω咝T圏c情況的分析和研究,試圖探索全新的產(chǎn)品和服務(wù)設(shè)計模型,探討現(xiàn)存問題的解決方法,并指出智能自助打印服務(wù)的發(fā)展趨勢和方向。
[Abstract]:Self-service experience and convenient operation are the development trend of printing service. The traditional printing service focuses on the centralized professional service mode and does not fully meet the overall printing needs of users. At the same time, managers and managers pay more attention to the convenience and controllability of service, so as to reduce the cost of service and management. On the other hand, the competitive situation of printing equipment market also requires equipment manufacturers to change intelligently and self-help. Intelligent self-service system is a new product and service stimulated by new technology, new demand and new mode. In many ways, there are many advantages over the traditional mode of printing service. It is of theoretical and practical significance to study the service design of this new product and model. From a theoretical point of view, product design and service design theory need to be more closely integrated with the theoretical knowledge of various disciplines, and should be closely integrated with practice, especially in the current development of intelligent technology and mobile Internet. We should combine the new features to realize the development of theoretical research and reality with the times. In the realistic sense, in each stage of the emergence and development of new things, we need to study its development law, and try to explore new methods and better models, in order to better show the bright spots of new things, avoid and solve practical problems. Improve its related shortcomings, and ultimately better serve the user. In this paper, the intelligent self-help printer in the intelligent theory, self-help behavior and service design in-depth theoretical research, combined with the knowledge of various disciplines to be widely discussed, so that this study is more detailed and complete. The most important thing is to combine theory with practice, as an enterprise project that has been put into the pilot project, after a long time of using feedback and investigation, it not only provides an important practical basis for the thesis writing, but also provides the conditions for landing test for the research results. To make the study more realistic and persuasive. Based on the analysis and research of the experimental cases in colleges and universities, this paper attempts to explore a new product and service design model, discusses the solutions to existing problems, and points out the development trend and direction of intelligent self-printing service.
